That's sort of the same impression I got seeing it demoed at last year's E3.

Completely untrue. VGChartz predicted 145K for Xbox One in February and NPD reported 258K. VGC undertracked the XB1 by over 100,000 units! To be fair, the PS4 was also undertracked by over 80,000 units, but actually do some research next time before spouting complete mistruths.

It seems like forever since Patriots was announced and I've been waiting to hear more about it ever since. Last E3, when the Division trailer started I really thought it was Patriots. Alas, I was wrong. Not that The Division doesn't look awesome as hell.
Did you miss the "Ultimate Games Sale" they had just last month? Tons of games were on sale for a week, some up to 90% off. I picked up quite a few games. They've really been stepping up their game in the past year, with more Steam-like sales than the service ever had in the past.
And if you're comparing GWG to the PS+ Instant Game Collection, then what is there to say? If you want them to change GWG so you don't actually get to own the "free" ...
So the game has all these problems, you say. It's already getting 9s. Imagine the scores it would be getting if it wasn't "rushed" and had a stable frame rate and better graphics! Tens?
Naughty Dog, along with Rockstar, are my favorite developers. Their games are unmatched when it comes to sheer quality and polish.

How come when PS3 games ran worse than the 360 versions, it was because developers were "lazy", but when XB1 games run worse it's the console's fault?

Grand Theft Auto V is the highest pre-ordered PS3 title with 1,421,835 pre-orders when the PS3 install base was 77.4M. ...
GTA V's graphics are one of the most impressive things about the game! The level of detail in the city is downright absurd, and the lighting is absolutely brilliant. The city can look almost photorealistic under the right time/weather conditions. All things considered, I'd say it's the best-looking PS3/360 game, and it can give any PS4/XB1 game a run for its money.
