The "plot" is strong in this one.
If it's released with exactly the hardware they're promising. Then virtually any AAA should run on it, including MHW.
Yeap, they will toned it down. It will flop big time and they will start putting lewd costumes as DLC.
Only 34% of approval by the community. Making it the worst rated Ys game available on Steam by a large margin. Congratulations NISA.
So... it will feature a lot of sound distortion and some frame skipping here and there?
Sure you can enjoy the game without the comics. But it is a far better experience in regards to story, lore and character development if you are familiar with them. Moreover, the series will presumably continue in the form of comics with Issues 10 # to 12 # being kickstarter rewards.
If it comes with all the updates and fixes, this is a very solid RPG. My only problem with it is that the story ends up being a little dependent on the comics and I imagine most people never had any contact with them.
The sad part of this version is that if it were not for that ridiculous graphics, it would probably be the best version of the game. Higher resolution sprites for the enemies, PS1 quality soundtrack, GBA quality localization, 8 directions movement, auto-battle and quicksaves.
Surely it was no blockbuster, but it all depends on the sales expectation. So 130k + digital sales may have been more than enough to green-light the sequence.
I just hope they choose a better release date for this sequel....
There is something similar in the US as well. If we isolate the games, Bayonetta 2 cost $50 on the Switch eShop while it is priced $30 on the Wii U eShop. Sure, thanks to the disccount mechanics of the Switch release, if you buy Bayo & Bayo 2 together you will ended up paying just $60, but if you're only interested in the second game (which is exclusive to Nintendo) then you'll have pay a lot more on the Switch than you would have on the Wii U.
Apparently even the Switch will receive Ys VIII before the PC and with exclusive content. Well, at this point you can only hope that the next games this franchise will be handle back to XSEED.
Well, Germany has always been more sensitive about games. But considering that the first Gal Gun did received a rating, I imagine that this refusal caught the publisher by surprise.
I think because mine has a summary of what the guy did and a joke. While yours only have a joke?
Or maybe is because I flagged the joke with a "/joke" or most likely is because my avatar is very charming.
I'm not familiar with her work. But, I have a lot of interest in Destiny Chronicles - yes, it looks clunky and amateur, but it also looks fun and charismatic - so I'm glad to know they didn't stop developing it after the failed kickstarter.
This is along with the rest of his anti-immigration post. And honestly, I do not think that is offensive in any way, I mean, is a statistical fact that the IQ in third world countries is in average lower. Having said that, I don't think it's a very strong argument in the immigration debate either. I imagine that most problems with immigrants have more to do with cultural differences than with an arbitrary measure of cognitive abilities.
But I'm not defending the...
He was fired because he made the "attack helicopter" joke, denied the "pay gap" and is anti-immigration. All of that on twitter.
Jesus, the guy is basically Hitler.... /joke
True, but considering that we are talking about 4K-60fps I believe it is a acceptable compromise.
I mean, even a GTX 1070 ( a $500 GPU) struggles to do that.
The major flaw of MHW on the PC is the "waiting". The autumm 2018 (september - december) release window besides not being a specific date is only when the developer thinks they will have finished the port. Therefore in the worst case, it will be delayed until 2019.
One can argue that it will be worth the wait, because it's going to be the best version regarding visual quality and options. But after what we saw in the XONE X version, I do not think we should e...
One word: Disgusting....
Only 20 characters in the base game, 20 characters via DLC and over half of Team RWBY (Blake and Yang) comes in the form of DLC. If the idea was to make people lose interest in this game, you are to be congratulated Arc System Works.
I agree, I think it's because unlike comics, the games are not - mostly - blatant trying to trow a specific ideology in our face - although some developers and journalists are trying. What bothers me is the need for virtue signaling like that "Tomb Raider text message", that feels insincere and it really piss me off.
