Your assumptions are incorrect. I, like many others, have a PS3 and support it. I am very pro BluRay. I am not, however, a blind fanboy who refuses to see that the system has a lot of problems. If we continue to give Sony a free-pass by ignoring the negatives, they will never get fixed.

These are coming to the 360, as stated in both articles.
The PS3 will keep its proprietary OPTIMIZATIONS. Not graphical improvements. Optimizations for the hardware to make the _same_ graphics run well on the PS3.

Release dates slip, and beyond that, we have NO indication of where this game is at during development. If campaign was completed and online was 80% done, _some_ information, even outside of screenshots would have been released.
At this point, we are completely in the dark as to where this game is at.

My original purpose on this thread was to comment on how great I think the speed is with which these updates are released...but that sort of got ruined with the silly and unfounded jab at the 360.

Notice in the next sentence he says that if only 9 of the 18 stores had PS3s in stock, then that was proof the system was doing well...completely ignoring his first claim that they were nowhere to be found.
The PS3 may be great...but Sony's executives have had a pretty serious set of problems with the truth over the past year.

The reason people care is simply because it is the EXACT SAME game on two systems, with one having online and the other without it.

The ONLY thing that came out of the original trailer was the amazing graphics...that is the only aspect anyone talked about. Making a comment that the game was better than the trailer absolutely, positively implies the graphics are better.
Again, as your bubbles go down, it might be worth trying to figure out WHY, and then change your language appropriately.
Unfortunately, it usually takes a drop to one star for people to realize this.
