It's not that I love MS... It's that I like Sony less.

There is no other choice. It's like comparing real bacon to the imitation variety.

Ultranova, you've got it almost right. Since it's the act of observation that actually determines the outcome of an event, if I was unable to observe it, all outomes would remain true from my perspective. Remember, normal logic doesn't apply to quantum physics. For example, 1+2=3 but 2+1≠3 because the order of observation also changes the outcome.

I don't know if it's true or not, but I think that this logic has something to do with explaining why people...

After finding out about multiplayer and coop, I tend to agree.

I appreciate your candor, but you're forgetting something quite obvious. You couldn't even figure out why darthv72 was getting disagrees. It was simple to understand because the game is not only a multiplayer experience. Ask yourself though, why did you respond to him at all if you weren't going to answer his question?

When you add laughter to the end of your statement like that it comes off as a joke, or trolling. When you call me a douche it just shows how juve...

Nice one Rain!

You know, according to quantum physics all possible outcomes for all events occur simultaneously and it is simply the act of observation that determines the actual outcome of the event. So if I just don't look the Sun will both rise and not rise...

It makes sense to have an input specifically designed for VR when you think about how immersive the tech could potentially be. Nice thing about the Oculus Touch is that it has all the traditional functions of a standard controller for movement and aiming, but gives you independent look through the headset and movement of the hands in 3d space through motion tracking. I can't think of a more appropriate controller design to take advantage of all that VR can offer. If VR is going to succee...

Two things:

First, learn to articulate what you mean instead of leaving your comments open to interpretation. I shouldn't have to check someone's credentials every time they post in order to determine if they are trolling or simply don't know how to speak.

Second, show us how educated you actually are and stop resorting to personal attacks like the ones you just posted against me in this thread. I am entitled to my own opinions, just like you are...

I would imagine that the small patch would be a touch sensor rather than a speaker. If you're wearing headphones while you play, a speaker in the control pad won't do any good.

No problem, but I wasn't correcting you per se. I was more defending you for asking an honest question but getting a troll response.

To let you know specifically, both Crackdown 1 and 2 had a campaign in which the story unfolded as you found places of interest through exploration. Granted, the story was pretty thin but single player has always been a part of the franchise. They just haven't talked about it much since the Cloudgine technology is being pioneered with...

Remix, I still say Mech Warrior over Mech Assault, because Mech Warrior was like Armored Core from a customizaton standpoint... but yeah, we need more giant robots destroying stuff for sure.

I'm glad to see that they are putting a lot of effort into making this game something besides a Shangri-La ripoff from Far Cry 4.

You would have know how human language has evolved from it's first known spoken origins up into modern times. That's why Far Cry is using historical linguists. From there, you would have to regress into an even more simplified version of human speech by using known characteristics of the evolution of language as a model for that change. These people don't actually know, but can make very educated guesses that will sound like a real language as a result.

Linguist...

I think Oculus VR support might happen too... plus any number of reboots like Perfect Dark, Mech Warrior, ShadowRun, etc. I do think we need to see some more good JRPG's though to round out the system though, so those would be good choices as well.

On a side note, I want to see a racing game with an editing suite like Far Cry's and Halo's Forge. Anybody else think that should happen since, to me, racing games seldom have enough tracks to keep from getting boring a...

Christopher, I see what you did there! Since you're not actually the Sun, however, your statement is not actually a direct confirmation. I'll believe it when I see it, sunshine.

IAmLee, so if surprises are always expected an E3, should we now expect not to see any now that we're expecting them? This is getting really exciting!

I would imagine that people are disagreeing because it is NOT multiplayer by default. Was it really that hard to understand? Of course not. You're just using this as an excuse to troll XB1. Lack of respect for the win! Hahaha...

Dakunclear, the problem Neoandrew points out is that while Oculus Rift is native, PSVR is done by emulating things that can't be done natively due to its' power limitations. Native is always better than using post processing effects. I can run my games at 120fps with my tv's interpolation, for example, but it introduces artifacts not present in the original(native) data.

What I'm saying is that there's more reason for Activision to reboot it than sell it if they know people want it, so it's more likely that it won't become a Sony IP.
