Nintendo's firmware updates are pretty frequent on the joycons and pro controller. And they've got a stick calibration tool too.
Nearly 3 million units in under a year is really good for a new relatively-niche IP that has a basically-free version to play, from a newly-formed publisher, with very little marketing.
They skirt around directly naming Apple. In the Game Streaming Beta on iOS, they mention there that App Store Policies are why we only got Halo MCC in that app.
Of course it's Apple's policies. But other companies directly call Apple out, including a company that already has a Remote Play app on the App Store...
Then MS should voice it that much louder. Valve was very vocal about Apple's policies, and Spotify & Tile made efforts to take Apple to court over them.
It doesn't excuse that Remote Play for PS4 and Steam Link are both available on iOS, and after all this time and talk Xbox *still* won't have Remote Play out for consumers, even in the Android app at launch.
They do not mention the Remote Play functionality nor do they mention iOS availability. How great...
It wasn't a mistake, but it's unfortunate for the consumer. Take a game like Brutal Legend for example - it was delisted from the 360 marketplace, but now it's available again on the Xbox Store. It was too niche to get remade, and people have an option to now buy it and play it on modern hardware.
I don't mean to sound Xbox-vs-PS in any way, because it's not even that - it's business-vs-consumer. Sony does so well with new titles that it's easy t...
Since he's exclusive to PS, I would hope they work with Insomniac to have the same feel in the web slinging, because the rest of the characters don't do much for me, from what they've shown.
It already has the Xbox logo, the Xbox One platform name, and the Series X name. Another logo that has the name embedded in it was just bad design
Yes you are anast - you own the sub, not the game. You can't complain about the sub taking a game away when they warn you they're going to do it, when they even show you a list of what's on the way out, and especially when they give you at least a 20% discount off to actually own the game you're complaining that's going away
They give you a two week notice lol. So many people in this thread are so entitled... The game's been on there since at least January (when I played it...), and it took 10-12 days for me to beat it.
Ubisoft: *brings Ironside back for Sam Fisher* *shows off BG&E sequel gameplay*
Also Ubisoft, when their favorite sex abuser, who cancelled everything different the studios tried to do, got exposed: "Look over there!"
The article neglects to mention that you can purchase Xbox/Xbox 360 titles directly from the Xbox One's Store now. It doesn't throw you into that Xbox 360-era Store flow anymore (which required that Credit Card info in the prompt).
Much more cohesive.
Keyboard & Mouse on Xbox, Split Screen on PC, Cross-play with input-based matchmaking, FOV Slider to console...
They're doing everything for this game. All of this quality-of-life stuff has got to carry over to Infinite at some point too. Great to know they want to make it the best
Who here brags about something as dumb as map packs? It's been 7 years, it's ok. Let it go
Up to 120fps for Gears 5 and Halo. Dirt 5 is another one in the 120fps club. There aren't as many TVs today but when the people upgrade their sets over the course of the gen, these early pushes will benefit what comes when it's mass adopted
Mega Construx not only gave the first concrete hints of an explorable world with the ring and pelican sets, but they directly inspired the art direction too!
Good luck waiting till 2046 to be satisfied then
"Proper" for a franchise that's been silent for 26 years? Did those people forget that this game's been announced and coming for quite some time?
And morganfell, you know that these guys are totally off doing their own thing and don't talk or plan or coordinate in any way?
Nintendo is so bullish and forceful in their control inputs that no one would want Sony to repeat that.
HD Rumble and Motion Controls especially. In Mario Odyssey, they require you to shake the joycons to do extra moves that are required for certain Moons. Even while you're in Handheld mode they want you to shake it. I've dropped my system a few inches and they pop right out, I don't want to shake it!
In Captain Toad, if you're in Handheld...
