15 million players, and 1 million units sold through Steam alone in the last few months.
It started as an example of GaaS failures. It's one of MS' most engaged titles now. It's not my cup of tea, but I think this game's story is a good example of the "creative freedom" MS studios have now.
You're right. And there's a zero percent chance that the CEO *didn't* know what was going on.
Keep the prices down, because there are a lot of 6-7-figure salaries that just got eliminated. And this pro-consumer move is some good publicity to improve their image.
To be featured in Halo: Beyond
Hard Light Forerunner technology has been leveraged to form a spherical shield around Chief when crouched, portable Hard Light units only have a 4' diameter requiring this orientation.
Bam - the canonical explanation is ready.
You are right. It's anything at all that even touches on social issues.
Comments here in TLOU2 articles pre-launch would keep insulting Druckman and saying he should be fired, label Abby as trans, and worse. I remember an article about Apex Legends having a gay character because of a single reference in one sentence of one character's bio. One sentence, that someone pointed out on Twitter, that some website made a small article from, that got posted here. Hundreds o...
The Grappling Hook. Xbox's Instagram shows a gif and zoom in of his visor looking at the Banished Brute, as if it's scanning him.
The Metroid-like rumors might be true after all.
You're right sampsonon, because PS fans don't know what a good FPS even is. All they got was a Killzone at launch and stole Microsoft's first dibs on COD content for the last 7 years.
Aaron, if you're only going to complain there's a better use of that time. You've made up your mind already that you're going to find something else to complain about.
You think the SSD is off-the-shelf parts even.
I don't understand how people can't grasp the idea of developers being able to scale a game based on different hardware. It's like they've never heard of "PC"s and "graphics options" lol
Two whole years ago... Time sure flies. The MS talking heads have been saying constantly it's the campaign reveal.
Then maybe people would've heard of it. I didn't know this thing existed. And now that I know it's not F2P... Meh
Bungie made such high quality models, will be excited to try this out. Would've been cool to have a mode where all weapons behaved like the heavies
I'm pretty sure Phil has only shown excitement for PlayStation. But... People accused him of distracting the TLOU2 release with Xbox propaganda when he was complimenting their game.
Xbots don't have to go after Clank because The Medium is next-gen only for the same reason. They have Spider-Man MM to go after, because that game/engine is literally the benchmark used to compare PS4/5 loading speeds.
Love the excitement in the tweet responses, and Xbox joining in. Couldn't be more excited to finally see it next week!
Let's never encourage paying for a demo again 😜
Last time we did that for Halo, Crackdown turned into a franchise...
Razzer... you posted a few days ago your PC right? How the heck do you have a 2080 TI but know nothing about graphical settings?
Hypocritical marketing? Jeeeezusss delusional guy, it was never about parity, it was always *alwaaays* about the game you want to play being the best version it can be on whatever box you choose to play from. If it's One S, you get the One S-optimized version. One X, it's optimized for One X. Series X or PC - same case. Same game - optimized for each platform it's available on.
Wow, so it's official. Going into holiday, One S, Series S (comparable in power to One X), Series X it'll be then?
It would've been the worst messaging to have a Series S and One X on the shelves beside each other.
Because he's trolling
Before this is all over, does anyone see Halo 5 being the final update to the complete package of MCC?
They released only the Forge component several years back on the Windows Store. For as good as the MP was, it would feel like an odd omission to put out through Halo 4 on PC, then have them skip the story to Infinite in just a few months?
I agree with 0% of his opinion so here's another opinion, from reading the article:
It's an award ceremony by a gay magazine, for its gay readers, bringing attention to gay video game characters and personas.
This isn't IGN or Gamespot or some mainstream news outlet trying to be woke with token awards. It's quite literally a gay magazine catering to its community.
If it was IGN, yeah, I'd be totally in agreement. But...
