If the lolcell was so powerful we would see all of Sonys games running at 1080p in 60fps minimum. Lair looks like crap at best and has lot of FPS fluctuation.
Also if it was so powerful then why did Sony go for a GPU like the RSX? why not go with 2 cells instead.

Yea but this time around the developer hasnt held back like they usually do. Which is why the difference between Console and PC version is vast.
Personally i think any serious gamer should have a gaming capable PC for all the multiplats. It just makes more sense its cheaper, superior game play, has mods, supports all controllers (Mouse+KB, DS3, 360 controller) and offers the kind of BC consoles can only dream of.
Haha you can bet it will be having day one DLC and whats funny when the sheep get happy about their platform getting exclusive DLC or a timed DLC.
Ill just ride it out until both DA2 and ME3 are on a Steam discount including all the DLC, no point paying 60usd + dlc for these games when great games like Witcher 2 can be had for 36-45usd.
id buy it when the price is right, not paying 60usd for a PC game. EA and Lolvision can keep dreaming. Those are console prices due to Microsoft and Sony royalties.

Red Orchestra 2 Heroes of stalingrad (the 1st one was hell of fun, this one will just be better will support dedicated servers and user mods which means endless support, new maps, mods all for free).
Shogun 2 Last one was awesome, cant wait for this one to release.

Like Evrfighter said, the author is a retard for using a HD5670 for playing Crysis, thats not even a proper gaming GPU.
In fact even great console games later are only playable on PC. Where Console companies close shop and start milking for HD remakes PC carries on supporting the old games via emulation PCSX2 is a great example.

Original Dragon age was 60-80hours depending how you played it. I havent seen the current one but judging by file size i would be surprised if its even 40hours.
I feel we will come to a point when new consoles will be out, the consumer base on consoles will essentially reset.
However all the People buying games on Steam or other DD services wont be seeing a platform jump hence that customer base will remain and until the next consoles can build a substantial base in 2-3yrs period, PC will have a massive base advantage over any console. Cant really make a comparison until the game is released and is running side by side full screen. Also we dont know what res and AA PC version is running at.
I watched half the video, Game doesnt look anywhere as good as crysis 1. Also they dont show the chracters moving, just staying in one place, we cant know this way how smooth the game is running on the Xbox. whats the point if it looks good but runs sub 30fps. We know PC hardware will probably be playing this COD clone...

True lol, my laptop which has a GTX 260m (equal to a 8800gtx) runs almost every game out there in 1080p with decent AA, hence even my 2 yr old laptop is ahead of consoles.
PC actually has more game releases then either console.
However when you even count the multiplat releases on consoles, they are a shadow of what they are on PC. Hence you cant really count them as releases against the PC. BF3 is like an exclusive on the PC since the console version will just be a shadow of the real deal.

Its obvious Crysis 1 sold very well which is why they were able to fund and survive for so many years.
How many PS3 or Xbox exclusives do we see selling past the 4m mark? not many its a small handful of games.
They do have wireless HDMI kits now, however they are a bit costly.
Controller format is pretty much standard these days, The Xbox controller is the standard these days for the PC. Anyone wanting to use a DS3 can do that too.
If they did give a way for us to control the Steam interface with a controller and increase font size i think that would be gold.
