Oh boy! Well...we all know that both versions of the game will sell well and people will enjoy themselves. Ultimately that is what counts. If this iteration has a good single player and reviews well I will pick it up. Otherwise it will solely be Battlefield and Killzone come the 15th.

I never said he doesn't. I've been listening to Mark Hamill voice the Joker since the 90s and to me Baker does a good job channelling Hamill's Joker. He is very, very, very close but he misses some of the nuance and familiarity Hamill brings to the role. I will wait until the game comes out but right now he is doing a good job. Plus the monologue is too short to make any real call.
Not quite Hamill...but very close. Troy Baker is good in his own right none the less. We will have to see if he does the Joker justice when the game ships but that monologue suggests that he will.
I thought I was dramatic. There are human rights infringements occurring daily in multiple countries in many large scale manufacturing plants. It does harken back to the PS2 a little. I do love the clean lines and lack of chrome accents. It is very minimalist and subdued. I would have to say that it is my favorite design of any Sony console.

I have been listening to Iwata for a while and he seems to have no answer for correcting the Wii U's failing trajectory. Every other statement from Iwata, though imbued with humility (which I can appreciate), lacks confidence, inspiration or vision. He does come across as a leader who has no answers and has given up.

Ha ha. Agent...you are right. That thing is as invisible as a fart in a tornado. I've just been burned too many times by TLG. I REALLY WANTED THAT GAME! If it ever makes the light of day, great. Aside from that I got off the enthusiasm/disappointment roller coaster a while ago.
That would be ideal. GC just wrapped up Mercs and could take on Res4. The other team is focusing on a new IP after shipping KZSF. If they rejuvenate Resistance, Guerilla could indeed become one of the prominent FPS devs for the next gen...much like how Naughty Dog has fully owned story driven action adventure.
I won't go as far as to declare PS4 the greatest console of all time but I will say that PS4 is indeed MY number one console of choice thus far. I echo the writer's sentiments...from Sony's cultivation of indie games to the innovative changes in the DS3. I can't wait!
I would like to see Sony assign Resistance to one of their internal studios. Maybe one of the guerilla teams. It is a good enough franchise that could benefit from a reboot down the road. I enjoyed them all and I would hate to see the IP die. As for R&C I am not as interested in playing the newest entry nor am I that interested in future iterations on PS4.
I gave up the ghost a while ago. I've stopped giving 2 sh!ts for some time now. I wish they would show us some sort of tangible evidence outside of promises.
