I hate to break it to you, but the wii u is on track to sell 1million units a year. With the xb1 and the ps4 stealing all the headlines, the forecast could get even worse. I hope Nintendo finds a way to turn things around, but their failure to garner 3rd party support isn't helping the matter.

False. It's multiplayer only, but you still play through as campaign. instead of just typical deathmatches and such, the skirmishes play out as levels in the campaign. There are two stories being told, one for each side of the conflict.

also in this case, Respawn is still an independent developer and EA doesn't own the TitanFall IP, just the right to publish titanfall 1.

if the first one sells well without a SP, i doubt the sequel will have it. The whole idea of a game needing both is what is senselessly driving up development costs.
The reason I say its senseless is because with typical online multiplayer games, developers spend so much time an money making SP experiences, yet players spend the lions share of their time in multiplayer.

There's nothing wrong with starting out on one console. If anything, it allows the developer to focus. And doing so doesn't hamper innovation at all.

I don't think the typical gamer cares about the BF and COD resolutions as much as you do. I mean really, people just by the version for which ever console they have, and play it. They may never in there life see it being played on another console.

Both consoles are on track to sell much better than their predecessors I can understand why the some of gamers on here don't want the Xbox to succeed, but I don't know why they think their sentiments will carry over to the general masses...

It might be the last console we see from MS an Sony, but not because they are pushed out by PC... It'll be because they've groomed their fanbases into paying for a gaming service. In ten years, there's no reason game streaming and digital download can't replace physical discs as the leaders in distribution 7 years from now. All you'll need it an connected TV.

Nah it's not very risky at all. It's Christmas time. If they can lure you into their store with a sweet deal, they'll likely convince you to pick up some other items that have huge margins.
People have long accepted that the PS4 is more powerful. The question is whether or not that power will translate into significantly better gaming experience. At launch, there is nothing to suggest that this is the case.
