This is how it works:
When your purchase an XBLA game, the game is "tied" to both your console and the gamertag purchasing it.
If you load a different profile on that console, the game is available to play. If you load your gamertag onto another console, you must be signed into live but can still play it (unless that game was bought on that console as well).
I'm not sure how this affects DLC.

That's the date of the article, which may explain some of the "multiplatform" things. Sure as hell doesn't explain wtf its doing on N4G though.
The speed run record for Super Metroid is something like 25mins. But actually doing that requires hours and hours and hours of practice.

Sorry, EA, but as a longtime C&C fan I have to say your efforts have been...uninpsiring. C&C3 was ok, before you patched all the fun out of it and RA3 was a joke. I don't hold many hopes for C&C4 at all.
Its an XBLA game, meaning it has a trial. Why now, when it comes out next wednesday, download it and see for yourself if it is worth having?
It probably takes a lot to get MS or Sony to allow a beta. After all, they have to give them unlimited updates, which means either a big risk of an update bricking a system, or that MS/Sony needs to give them preferential treatment when it comes to certifying the patches (I.e. if IW release a new patch for the Beta, everything probably has to stop while its tested to get it out ASAP).

The system killing thing comes straight from Free60 themselves, not some PS3 fanboy. Most likely they're a bit annoyed because Microsoft has patched a flaw they've been exploiting for a while, I don't think they're being fanboys.

You know what? I own a PS3 and I'd love to have Netflix. But we don't have it over here. Likewise, I happen to love my Blu-ray films and wouldn't trade them for it.
If I had my way, I'd have a Netflix account sending me out the latest Blu-ray films that I want to watch while also having the streaming service for when I'm not sure what I want to watch. Both have their strong points.
