There is no bad press, we've seen every type of headline for the next Xbox, which means EVERY gamer will tune in to see if these rumors were true or not, which means the world is their stage when they decide to show it off finally.
I don't think gamer's will be ready to reject, but rather ready to hear the truth of it all. Even if you don't like Microsoft you'll tune in to see what they have, there is no spin, but the fact remains that without opening the...
Sony didn't say anything last year when the same rumors plagued them, Microsoft has plenty of time to show what they have, something like DRM could probably be removed effortlessly if need be.
I have never seen those movies.....
I've never understood why people think Wii and Wii U is too difficult for the average gamer to understand, but a PlayStation 3/PlayStation 4 or Xbox 360/Xbox 720 aren't confusing to kids or parents?
I think that kids will ask for the newer consoles and the parent will say "You already have a _________". I don't think it's just a problem with the Wii U. I think in a while when they stop support of the standard Wii, we will see a lot less confusion.
This will incite a lot of people, and I'll say the same thing when I hear stupid rumors about the next Xbox. How in the world can anyone suggest that something will "win", when we haven't seen it, seen what it can do, what it'll cost, or when it'll release?
Guess this guy doesn't buy into the DRM or no used game rumors though.
I must admit though, with each passing day I'm so impressed with how Microsoft has managed to steal...
I wonder why people aren't complaining about Destiny being DRM? It is a hot button issue, Bungie is a big developer and from what I understand we all dislike the idea of not being able to play a game that requires internet.
Basically there has been every kind of rumor, I don't really believe any of them and I wish others wouldn't either, wait and see what is fact. We've heard so many conflicting things that it'd be like Microsoft doesn't even want to compete next generation, I mean seriously.
The Xbox 720-
Always online
Kinect spies on you
No used games
Kinect always on
I mean does anyone here, even if you hate Microsoft, thin...
If rumors were true we'd all be in big trouble just about every single day. It isn't smart to report rumor as truth, people often get upset over rumors with nothing to substantiate.
We don't know who is giving this "information", as it's always an "unnamed source", which isn't very official sounding to me in the least. Considering the lengths Microsoft has gone through to protect their next console from leaks(zebra print ID), I think i...
@StrongMan
Gears 3 is a great game, but the online isn't balanced, and only the hardest of the hardcore stay and play it online.
I don't really get into sales or scores, if I like a game neither of those things matter to me, plus we all know you don't have an Xbox 360 and have never played a Gears game in your entire life.
If it isn't made by Sony, you don't play it, we all know you have a single master that you serve.
I think from E3 until November is too short a time to just cover up something like that, they will have to let people know up front.
I highly doubt this, I doubt most of the rumors around the next Xbox, especially when there hasn't been a credible source at all, bottom line is that nobody knows, it is true the dev kits might have an always online feature so Microsoft can keep track of them for potential leaks, it could be nothing but false reporting, we don't know at ...
More rumors, hopefully we get everything sorted out soon and can stop with the nonstop rumor mill, these are starting to get a bit old, especially when the actual consoles aren't in anyone's hands yet.
My friends and I thought the same thing, went back to Gears 3, played it for a map, thought it sucked and hoped back on Judgment.
How they never thought to make the game more balanced by giving one primary before is beyond me, and the grenade throw with the bumper is just genius in comparison to the old way.
Great game, definitely the hardest campaign on Insane difficulty. I'm glad they changed it up, but they made the Lancer so beastly now that everyone uses it all the time.
Hopefully they nerf that a bit in the near future.
Yep, yep, yep! Hope they enjoy the show watching me through Kinect!
Makes sense, which is why there is no such thing as a dedicated game console anymore. People don't like hearing it, but Sony targeted females, casuals and family gamer's with the PS1 and PS2. I mean built in CD player, DVD player and the games were so varied that everyone had something to play.
They tried to target them with the PS3 as well, but a little late in the generation, Move for instance, Wonderbook and games like All Stars and LBP Karting.

Interesting.
Game looks great! Voiced by the hot Lisa Foiles too!
Jeez, good or bad, how can they predict a single thing when the next Xbox hasn't even been hinted at by Microsoft?
This is the Sony Defense Force Network. Any and all articles will be bombed forcing the opinion that Sony is the be all end all when it comes to gaming.
I collect games, still have everything from my NES/Genesis/Dreamcast and newer games as well. I have pretty close to 300 Xbox 360 games right now, I'm going for a complete Gamecube and Dreamcast collection as well. I'll stop gaming when they cut out physical media.
