That is a really bad couple of games to try and compare, but I'd pick Gears Of War because its basically defined a generation of third person shooters. We've seen everything from Mass Effect to Dead Space adopt a Gears approach to TPS.
Also, Gears invented Horde Mode, which is all the rage these days. I also have to point out that Gears was the reason I bought a 360, it was the first "next gen" game in my eyes, never seen anything like it before.
Surprised nobody has mentioned this before, I don't think the next Xbox or Playstation will start great. Poor economy, high price points and probably limited quantities will lower output. I just hope all the people who bashed the Wii U remember what goes around comes around. The game industry is a parady of itself at times.

Microsoft is probably loving all the publicity, bad or not. Everyone will be tuning in to see what Microsoft has to offer.
I kind of doubt it, Microsoft could have released a new console last year if they were really interested in doing so. I mean they have the oldest console and probably have been developing the 720 for a longer period of time. I just think they are enjoying the way the 360 is selling and making money.

Well Microsoft hasn't had to announce or show anything, if they are aiming for a November launch, they still have over 8 months to show off what they have, plus there is this little thing called E3, maybe some of yall have heard of it?

I have the HD Collection on Xbox 360. Also had MGS2 on the original Xbox, and Twin Snakes on Gamecube was my favorite of all time!
Well I'll list some of the differences.
1.No downs
2.Shotgun is a primary now
3.More power weapons around the map
4.You can jump off buildings now
5.Moves much faster like UT
6.No planting grenades
7.Domination is very close to a game mode in UT
Just the feel of the game is very similar to UT.
Nice to see Gears still doing well, even for a Gears game that plays more like Unreal Tournament. Hopefully the title update tomorrow, addition of Execution and a free map will help out a bit.
I bought Lego City and I have to admit that is the best Lego game to date. I'd recommend it to everyone.
Well I remember how much Gamestop said people were inquiring about the Wii U as well. This doesn't equal an immediate successful launch of the PS4, but it's good to know there is still interest in new consoles.
I actually think the Wii U will recover nicely once we see some Zelda, Smash, Mario Kart and Metroid.
Not sure how Gears went down hill, the new Gears was probably the hardest campaign of the bunch, and Overrun Mode is probably my favorite since the original Horde Mode.
I loved Mass Effect 3 and Dead Space 3, I also noticed that other games took the cover based aspects, even games like Uncharted online, so not only do I think Gears is the better game, but it's the more genre defining game.
