Rumors can be dead and gone, we can focus on the software and features that we'll all be using for the next 5-6 years! I'm so excited, it's like waiting for the Superbowl, you have all the pre-game and buildup, then the big moment arrives. We are almost there people! #XboxReveal
I would have cut out the touch screen, and all that jazz, seems a bit like overkill to me personally. The way I hear it told, most PlayStation gamer's are "core" gamer's and core gamer's don't like gimmicks, I've heard a lot of bad things about Uncharted and the touch screen of Vita.
It's facing an uphill battle, but I'd eventually like one if they drop to the $150-$170 range.
Exactly what I was talking about, I mean we know Microsoft is going to show games between today and E3, we know that they will show core games as well, might show a good mix of things, and people here at N4G will try to spin it like Microsoft doesn't want core gamer's buying their console.
Funny thing, I never heard that when we saw kiddie games at the Sony presser, Kinect like camera, Move, social features and a glowing controller at Sony's show, but if Microsof...
Actually yes it is, I mean if you are taking a negative stance where you flat out say you wont buy something "unless", it's probably not going to happen. Ultimatums never work in the retail world, especially with electronics.
How do you know it's not gamer friendly? They haven't announced anything yet.
A lot of people, myself included thought Sony's show was too long and bacame boring in parts. An hour is plenty of time to show the console, show a few games running on it, name it, you're done. Most the games are going to be shown at E3.
Judging by the amount of trolls in the comments, Microsoft has some people insecure. I couldn't be more excited to be honest, this has been a long 8 years! #XboxReveal
#XboxReveal I'm so stoked!
Anytime you state that you need to be convinced, you're not going to ever be convinced.
I expect Microsoft to announce and show their new console. No need to shy away from showing the damn box, we all want to see it. Also, show the games actually running on the thing.
I did that with the word 3-D a couple of years ago!
Well currently the Wii U is winning the console war, but who cares which console sells the most? Seriously people, aside from making sure these console sell well enough to ensure future hardware, it shouldn't make a difference.
Hopefully Microsoft comes ready to swing for the fences tomorrow and E3. I have very high expectations.
Nintendo is still going to be at E3, but since they have no new hardware, they decided to focus on software. E3 is still the biggest stage for gaming. Depending on how this works out for Nintendo, they might even be back in full capacity next year.
#XboxReveal is definitely an exciting event, I don't care what they decide to call it, just want to see the console, some games running on the console and the vision they have for it.
@DragonKnight
If you want me to think things like Netflix or the ability to do things through my console that you couldn't in the past is a bad thing? I'll never think that.
I love that I pretty much never have to turn my console off, use it for everything, and at the same time those things never affect the games. Just like a camera and apps on a phone doesn't affect the core purpose of making phone calls.
Totally different target audiences, a lot of people need a phone in their day to day life, gaming consoles are a luxury, which is why they've evolved to include other forms of entertainment. Used to be you'd pay all that money and the only thing you could do on a console was game. That's all changed now.
Of course they should still make consoles, we need all three console makers that are currently making consoles to continue doing so.
Competition is good, fanboyism is what's bad. You need competition to push yourself, more competition means better prices and games for the gamer's. That is a heck of a troll article.
Wait, are you saying physics on a current gen game will be better than a next gen game? I've been trolled.

I heard Forza 5 or Project Gotham Racing, everything else is pretty much rumor. I'm sure we wont get anything huge until E3, sort of how Sony showed off some mid level stuff, probably waiting for E3 to show off the real goods.
