Wasn't there an article recently about Sony already thinking about the PS5? I mean that is what these companies do, they start working on ideas before the current console even launches, I think some people might take this headline as an indication that Nintendo is scrapping the Wii U, but it isn't.
Nintendo is probably already planning the next Nintendo console, but I wouldn't expect it before 2017.
Microsoft has raised up security, they also color coded the controllers in a specific pattern, so if someone were to leak the controller, Microsoft could take legal action.
I also strongly suspect that the dev kits were always online to track security and things like that, could have led to some of the rumors. I think MS has actually done a great job at keeping things pretty damn secret, we don't have any clue what games they are working on, I mean none, sure we have spe...
Halo 4 is the fastest selling Halo game of all time, I'd also point out that Forza Horizon is an entirely different IP than Forza Motorsport, and Forza 3 has a bit of inflated sales because a lot of people picked it up when it was bundled with the Xbox 360, and it also had a very amazing Platinum Hits version which had all the bonus content, making it an extreme value.
You are also trying to compare Fable The Journey to Fable 3, when Fable 3 is at around 5 million sold, ...
I wonder if they'll implement SmartGlass on the Xbox 360 and Next-Box versions? It'll be pretty cool if they would, looking forward to seeing more on this game at E3.
The #XboxReveal cant get here fast enough!
They'll show off 3 or 4 games, although I suspect they'll save 99% of the games for E3, I'd want any surprises to be shown there. Microsoft can get huge ups by just showing the console, people will want to see it, see games running on it.
They don't have to do a show just like Sony's, which was a little long at times, just tell us about the box, show it, show some games and features. Boom! #XboxReveal
10 things is asking for a lot at an Xbox reveal, but I have a few things I'd like to see.
1.The console itself at the very end
2.The controller and camera
3.I want to see some games actually running on the new Xbox, not a PC with similar specs
4.Deny DRM+No used games
5.The interface of the new Xbox Live and some features.
This game does look like it'd use the Wii U's Gamepad very much and innovate as well. Glad to see Ubisoft still supporting Nintendo with a lot of their new IP's.
Those are some pretty nice deals, I have some of the games, and I'd love to buy some of the other third party games even though I already have games like Arkham City, Black Ops 2 and Assassins Creed 3, I'd buy them again if there were an achievement system on the Wii U.
EvilDead still posts, I think if he and I have shown anything it's that there is a way to have a positive opinions about Xbox without trolling or arguing with people.
I was actually surprised to get bubbled up recently, especially since I tend to get a ton of disagrees, but I think a lot of pro Xbox people here on this site identify with what I'm saying, even if they are too intimidated to say it. I'm happy to speak my mind when it comes to gaming, and I've g...
Quality, and options are what I want. The more options I have, the more use the console will get. So close to the game changing event now! #XboxReveal
Xbox is a way of life for me, and while I have all the consoles, my Xbox is the go-to guy for everything, even if I'm not in the moodfor gaming, my Xbox is always on for one reason or another. So close! #XboxReveal
I still remember the story about how he volunteered to help the responders of 9/11, he would call out orders in the Batman voice and it helped cheer everyone up and boost moral. So glad he's coming back to play him again!
Sony and Microsoft will have pretty much the same entertainment options, Microsoft just advertises them more so. None of the other features will stop Microsofts first party games studios from making games, just like Sony Picture Studios doesn't hinder Sony from producing games. Two totally different factions.
The more options on consoles, the better.
It'll be out around the same time as the PS4, Microsoft didn't have much choice but to rush the Xbox 360 to market, they were losing hundreds of dollars per console sold, and the chip company stopped producing those, forcing MS to come out early.
State Of Decay is just the start, Class4 is the mmorpg that'll come out on the next Xbox.
To be fair, we should really wait until after the Microsoft reveal and we get an official name. People have been calling it the next Xbox, and a ton of other names.
So this isn't really a fair matchup seeing as how Sony officially unveiled and had a show already, Microsoft has not.
Ya, but if you go by what people are actually buying, the Nintendo branded Mario Kart does crazy business, Mario Kart Wii is over 33 million sold, Transformed is under 2 million across all platforms and LBP Karting sits at less than 500k.
It's sort of like the same deal with Smash Bro's, people love it, but when something similar comes out on a different console, it goes unsold.
Hopefully they add Sonic because I'd personally love it though.
Looks pretty good actually, wonder if they'll head stateside? Nintendo did manage to bring some games like The Last Story and Xenoblade Chronicles over here after enough people showed interest.
