Realistically, the game might have a couple of flaws. We don't know yet because it isn't out. I will say that in almost 20 years of gaming, I've never played a "perfect" game that had zero flaws. Game looks amazing and I have it pre-ordered though, ND always delivers quality gaming experiences.
Nobody was really watching it, I think once G4TV had an issue with Direct TV it really killed what they had as far as a fan base is concerned.

We haven't actually had any confirmation about hardware from Microsoft or Sony. We can pick and choose what rumors we want to believe, but in the end we all have to wait and see.
I strongly suspect both Microsoft and Sony's next consoles will be similar enough that neither side is going to have the advantage and fanboys everywhere are going to have to find other things to gloat about.
Just hope they use the transforming D-pad like on the newer Xbox 360 controllers, aside from that, the controller is perfect. That is strictly my opinion though.

I wouldn't exactly say that, there is a chance we'll see a last one or two revealed at E3, with Microsoft nearing 80 million Xbox 360's sold, they might want to keep the momentum going. Wouldn't count out seeing Halo 2 Anniversary.

I think Alan Wake 2, Project Gotham 5 and some new IP's. We know we'll see Halo, Gears and the like on down the line, but we also know they have studios working on new things for the launch.
Only the first Gears was ever on PC, and when was the last Halo game on PC? Last I checked, 90% of PC's are running Microsoft OS anyway, so a Windows game is still a Microsoft exclusive.

They did announce that Gears Judgment went Gold, so I think it's doing better than is represented here. It'll sell well, but honestly the Xbox 360 crowd has been waiting the longest for a new console. A lot of the people I know are waiting for the next Xbox.
Seems like Microsoft has completely shifted focus to the future, but Judgment does look pretty good and I personally have it pre-ordered.
I think quite a few people are expecting too much, especially right at first. It takes time for developers to learn the in's and out's of new hardware and so people will need to be patient.

Yes! Because it's all how you play the hype game. Even the false rumors about the Xbox 720 are actually hyping people for it, because there is no bad press. People will now be even more excited when they show off the new console because they'll want to know if it blocks used games ect..
This is all getting people excited and hyped and it is most definitely necessary.
Obviously sales of the next Xbox would suffer, which is why it's idiotic to think that Microsoft would block used games. Why would Microsoft take a chance that people would go into a used game store, see huge walls filled with used Wii U and PS4 games and not have any presence whatsoever? We have nothing but rumors to go on right now, but I'd suspect they are pretty comparable and nobody will have outright bragging rights. Fanboys will need something else to try and beat their chests about.
I'll just be happy for some new hardware, seems like it was the generation that wouldn't end, even though I am more than happy about all the great games, something inside of me wanted new hardware.
This always happens though. I know a lot of people are acting kind of shocked, but look back to the launch titles from the generation and you'll see a HUGE difference. Doom 3 was one of my last original Xbox purchases, it looked fantastic, when I played the first Saints Row or Condemned, you'll see that Doom 3 actually looked better.
One of the reasons is that a lot of the time they switch the development focus late in the actual game development, so most launch games...
Bottom line is kids like it, I'm an adult and I enjoyed both of the games, good teaching tool for people to get them into deeper RPG's.
Not sure how I feel about a yearly release, but it's not like I'm forced to buy it. I know if I were a business I'd try to make as much money as possible, so I cant fault them.
Do most gamers only play games that are graphically impressive? I know personally I really only care about gameplay, story and controls first and foremost, then graphics.
Nintendo has always seemed to thrive on giving gamers fun games, not really graphical powerhouses.
