Every Microsoft console has launched with a Project Gotham game, so here's hoping we can get another one at launch! I still have all of those games spanning Dreamcast, Xbox and Xbox 360.
You can have two different racing games for the same console, it'd be like saying you can only one shooter per console. Obviously Forza is the racer for the sim fans, but PGR was amazing for more of an arcade, smaller feel. I could see them do PGR/Forza type of mix, but I really hope...
So many great games releasing this year, or what we all hope are going to be great games. The bad part is that I'm saving for the next Xbox and PlayStation (Already have a Wii U), so I cant afford to buy all the games I'd like on current gen when they release. Gears Judgment and The Last Of Us are pre-ordered already, probably gonna have to wait on just about everything else so I can get new hardware and some software to go with it.
So you know for a fact that the majority of Americans are that way? The way I see it more and more Americans are becoming more and more receptive to a lot of things, gay's in the military, gay marriage and even a black president.
Is America perfect? of course not, but I still wouldn't want to live anywhere else, I'm proud to live here and will never feel ashamed.
Well I live in the United States which has freedom of speech and we should pretty much be allowed to express ourselves in whatever way we choose. That being said, Americans are portrayed in a negative light in almost every other country, so what's good for the goose is good for the gander in my opinion.
It's up to people as individuals not to buy into every single stereotype, I mean we stereotype our own people as much, if not more than Arabs.
Hmmmm, not sure what to say about this. I'm just hoping the next console version has a little easier inventory system, I wasn't a fan of the way they had that set up on the Xbox 360, even though I absolutely loved the game after the first chapter. Thought the first chapter was a bit slow.
For me personally, I think I looked at PS All Stars as a huge AAA title, and was a bit let down that it wasn't. I also think the characters weren't as well represented as they could have been from a graphical standpoint. The lack of real cutscenes were also an issue for me personally.
Also, as a fan of PlayStation games since the beginning..the lack of Crash and Spyro and maybe even Lara Croft were a bit odd to me. I know they aren't "exclusives" but ...
Why are there so many negative comments and phantom disagrees?
Are people really so insecure about a console they might prefer that they cant admit that another console has games that look pretty good? I was impressed from the small video, I think the Wii U is and will be capable of pumping out some great looking HD games.
I know it's not what fanboys will want to hear, but no. I don't think any of the big 3 will "dominate" gaming ever again. Nintendo jumped out huge with the Wii, but overall everything was pretty darn even. Turned out none of the big 3 had anything to be ashamed of.

It leaves them in the same spot as before Feb 20th honestly. The consoles are probably coming out around the same time this year, so it doesn't really matter who shows it off first. Both consoles will be shown in full and with demo's at E3, so the point is moot really.

That is a shame, I rented the game via Gamefly and I thought it was fun at times. The story modes would have benefited from real cutscenes and it seemed like the online always ended with time running out or the other player/s disconnecting.
Hopefully the franchise can be salvaged and made better, often times the sequel is the game that puts a franchise on the map. Bet of luck to SB though, with layoffs and Sony cutting ties, it's going to be tough to forge ahead.

Ravens all day! No way were they going to lose. The game wouldn't have even been that close had the lights not went off. I have a feeling that was a ploy to slow down the Ravens, who had some older players on defense. Eventually that adrenalin wears off and the 49ers were on the verge of getting really knocked out.

They cant, games are protected and can be fought as a freedom of speech. The most they can do is enforce the laws and require people to show ID proving they are over 17 in order to buy M rated games. I mean we have strip clubs, porn and a ton of other things worse than violent games and those happen to be protected as well.
Wii U is technically next gen, it's more powerful than current hardware and if something like GTA5 were to offer something special or better with a Wii U version, don't you think some people might be pushed into buying one?
I know some people who were pushed into buying one after that last Nintendo Direct, it was impressive.
Could be that the delay was in order to get all the versions out at once. Wii U is a viable option and I could see them implement some cool features with the Gamepad, if Nintendo were smart they'd even pay to get that game on Wii U, could possibly sell some systems.
A lot of what you are paying for is the tablet controller which works very, very well. They are taking a loss on each console, so how exactly are they "ripping us off"?

Just about every GTA game has been delayed at some point, I don't think Rockstar is going to want to lose out on 150+ million current console owners just to put it on the PS4, not saying I don't think GTA5 wont end up on the PS4 and the next Xbox, but probably not at the same time as current consoles. There is just too large an install base and people already have pre-orders in on current hardware.

Can we wait for official word on these consoles for a change? I guess there is no bad press when it comes to something, but I don't see Microsoft abandoning so much of the market that they've gained by possibly being the only company to rule out used games and cutting ties with people who don't use online.
