The symbol of the Swastika was taken from a Hindu ancient religious symbol call the 'swastik', inverted (in the other direction) and adopted by the National Socialists. They sent many anthropologists and historians to India and Tibet in the years before WW2 to carry out studies such as comparing the anatomy of the races including size of the skull, brain pan, etc.
There should be no censoring of what the Nazi's represented or stood for. They were as heinous as...
Keep doing what you are doing, Sony and then some!
I loved the Nathan Drake Uncharted titles and I am looking forward to The Lost Legacy and perhaps the start of a new set of games focussing on Chloe, Sully, Nathan's daughter etc. There are no limits to the number of stories and characters ND can create in the worlds of thieving and archaeology and there is a flavour that all Uncharted games have which includes epic scale to the story and locations, jaw-dropping set-pieces, thoroughly researched backstories, and characters with complex v...
Whoever wrote this is likely a fan of Xbox, burnt about the lack of exclusives and trying to suggest that they are no longer viable or important even though the facts are that Sony and Nintendo are thriving on exclusives. Silly article.
I think that the manner in which Sony has managed its first party studios is the reason why the PS4 is so dominant now with so many new IPs and games. In addition, the know-how and technology are shared across all the studios and to a lesser extent with other second and third party devs making exclusives for the PS4 and this is allowing consistency of quality that is unrivaled. If the games really this good now, imagine what will be with PS5 and PSVR 2.
Japanese Sony ads are usually much better than what we get in the UK/USA. When it comes to hobbies and gaming, the Japanese tend to let the fun aspects stand out and they don't frown on the crazier/wackier aspects but rather embrace these.
This game is looking better and better and as much as I hate waiting another year for it, I am really looking forward to 2018 when Ace Combat 7 is finally released. I just hope I am still alive to play it.
The last time I played Ace Combat was on the PS1 and I used a Sony released joystick so I wonder if there will be a dedicated joystick/controls released for the game.
I and most of my gamer friends prefer Sony releasing games the way they do at present. The short lull in the autumn/winter allows us to buy and enjoy the big multiplatform games that always release during October to December. However, despite having already had so many exclusives already in the first six months of this year, Sony still has so many exclusives arriving between now and December including Hellblade, Yakuza Kiwami, GT Sport, Knack 2, Uncharted - The Lost Legacy and many more. I...
With Persona 5, Yakuza 0 and Horizon:Zero Dawn you have games that are very lengthy, wonderful single-player experiences and exclusive to the PS4. All three were released in the first 4 months of this year amongst yet more PS4 exclusives and have been really successful commercially. Phil Spencer tries to mask the Xbox's obvious deficiency by suggesting SP experiences are on the wane simply because his console has little to offer on this front at present and is probably also aware ther...
Utter rubbish! Writer is delusional and mistakes Sony for what Microsoft has happily done now for years. Microsoft must be desperate to rely on such articles written by Xbox shills who alter facts, use rumours or sheer invention to back up their self-serving arguments.
Spin and then some.
"I think about games first" So why are there so few exclusives? Why are Microsoft's first party studios not churning out games in the manner that Sony's first party studios can? There is no ground for comparison - the PS4 is too far ahead.
“and for people to try to make this industry about fighting with each other as opposed to growing the industry itself…" It was Microsoft that was so adept at this and for m...

How do you know what I own or not? Stop making assumptions about people. You don't like it when others do about you.
Sorry, but many of us refuse to believe statements like these. So many games have been cancelled, delayed or have just plain disappeared. Microsoft told us a year ago that Scorpio was coming Holiday 2018 yet the company appear not to have commissioned new IPs from any of its first party studios but instead have just signed exclusives that will arrive in another 2 to 3 years (that is if they are not cancelled, delayed or just plain disappear!)
Of course they did. Even with the announcements they had, Sony had more than necessary and they have plenty of opportunities in Paris, Tokyo and PSX to make announcements of new games and IPs we are not already aware of. Games sell consoles and most consumers know that Sony delivers these regularly, constantly and with variety. In the first 5 months alone of this year Sony had 9 games compared with just 1 from Microsoft.
Sigh! Another year to get through before we can play the game.
I cannot wait to play the game on VR! The wait is going to feel excruciatingly long...
Considering just how many of Microsoft's exclusives have either been cancelled or failed to make an appearance, Forbes should be ashamed to even to suggest what they do about Sony. Crackdown 3, Phantom Dust, Sea of Thieves, Cup Head all made the first appearance years ago and we are still waiting for most of these while one of them was actually cancelled and instead the original 2004 version re-released for Xbox One with updated assets. Other games like Fable Legends and Scalebound were...
I think most gamers were NOT expecting the game this year as it was unrealistic to expect such a game to be ready in 2 years since the Kickstarter campaign. I suspect that even mid-2018 is overly-optimistic and end of 2018 or early 2019 is a more realistic date.
Sony does not need to win E3 - it has already dominated this generation and has so many games coming that the console will sell regardless. However, I suspect Sony will have an excellent E3 as usual and may well have a few surprises in store for us.
The writer of this article is complaining about the Pro just because according to him developers cannot be bothered to support the upgraded console as it represents only 1 in 5 of all new PS4 consoles sold since the Pro was released and under 4% of all the PS4 sold to date. The writer, however, says that when Scorpio is released the problem won't be as bad as developers will make the effort as there are now two consoles for which to make use of higher-quality assets. Really? So the wri...
The writer is trying to put words in the developer's mouth. He was talking about VR in general. Further, there is no way GT SPORT on PSVR can be a "blurry unrefined mess" when a game created three or four years earlier (Driveclub) isn't either. Yes, the game won't be as visually stunning as on the PS4 or the Pro but it will still be enjoyable and look good. Most reasonable users of VR accept that the first generation of headsets have limitations and it won't be u...
