What a load of croak! This week has been all hype and spin as Microsoft are doing a HUGE PR push on the back of Phil Spencer's appointment as head of Xbox. But hype and spin and wishful thinking cannot change the fact that Xbox1 is the inferior console in addition to which it was barely a year ago that Microsoft were pushing draconian policies.
Pity then that you did not provide the best platform by actually producing an inferior console which was initially backed by anti-consumer policies which were wholly supported by your partners in crime, EA. Only because of Microsoft's own incompetence and the public unwilling to accept the draconian policies coupled with the resurgence of Sony producing a far better console backed by a reputation for making top class exclusives were Microsoft thwarted. Only because the PS4 has been a runaway success and has outsold the Xbone are Respawn now saying this. The fact is that had the Xbone done as well as what Microsoft, EA and Respawn had expected the attitude would be different.

Wow! The game looks absolutely LOVELY! I cannot wait to play this on Friday! The first two Infamous games were really good and this one is shaping up to be as good if not better, but also is likely to be the best looking game out there in Spring 2014.
If this is the kind of stuff Sony and it's studios are going to deliver on a regular basis, this gen is going to be simply awesome. Roll on The Order next!

This reminds me of a game called 'Evil Genius' on PC which came out ten years ago. Granted in it you played an evil genius who is trying to establish world domination and it was the players task to beat the good guys. This announcement immediately reminded me of the style.

What has being colourless got to do with the quality of the games? When I was playing TLOU or any of the Uncharted, the last thing on my mind was the lack of colour...I was too busy enjoying the gameplay. In any case, there was colour, but it was in a manner that was considered appropriate for the environment the designers had created.

Douchebag...now that xbone is unable to meet the challenge, the ground rules change. This nut who has been over-exposed to the Microsoft kool-aid by way of 'incentives' and goodies shows how poor so much of the gaming journalism is and how we should not expect truth and honesty from most sites.
Sony should just go ahead with the bundle and drop a voucher in it so that gamers can pick up the game when it is released. At least the bundle packaging does not have to be changed (assuming it has the 'Watch Dogs' logo on it). I have a feeling that the dev has been having problems with optimizing the Xbone version and has decided to delay both next-gen versions in order to save Microsoft having to counter accusations of having an version that is inferior due to a console that is just not as good as the competition. Just an opinion, but considering how bullish everyone was just a few days ago about the game, this delay seems a bit sudden and forced.
Not good enough...and how can we believe what they say? They blamed Sony first then admitted it was a retailer initiative and now it is the distributor's fault. How about trying to look out for your customers for a change?
This probably means that the delay last year was to ensure that there was parity between the PS4 and Xbone versions by downgrading the visuals to a point where Xbone can actually look similar to the PS4 version(which ought to look a lot better given how much more powerful it is than XBox One). Shame.
