Just because people might think the PS4 UI is bad, does not mean they also think the Xbox UI is better or even good at all...
This isn't really appealing at all. It looks very bare bones, and aesthetically, very bland. I'm all for minimalistic approaches in menus/UI's, but I also want something pleasing to look at it. This reminded me of like a debug mode for developers.
But in real life there usually isn't 16 men in a 24 man team designated to sniping... and the snipers are actually trained snipers, not wannabe "elite assassins."

In reality, there is absolutely nothing wrong with "killing" used games sales, since the choice to do so (sell/trade used games) is a personal choice, not one inherently tied to any console. PC gamers can't trade, sell or buy used games, yet PC gaming is doing pretty well for itself.

RROD's have virtually been a non-issue for years now. I've owned 3 xbox's, spanning back to 2006-07 and none of them had a RROD.
Those claiming that 1080p/60fps should be a given for the new consoles, are really setting themselves up for disappointment. I didn't like his Joker for his voice, it was for his persona and mannerisms. He captured what I think the Joker is better than Ledger. Ledger's interpretation was a darker more modern version, while Jacks stayed more true to the classic Joker, that's why I like him more.

Even speaking aesthetically, how many consoles were even designed to be vertical? Hell, even entertainment devices in general, (stereo receivers, blu-ray players, etc.) all favor horizontal placement.

I think I see what you're saying. The XBL dashboard has a much "warmer" feel. The PS4 UI demoed in this vid feels very cold and uninviting, like editing BIOS settings on your PC - it's functional but not something you necessarily enjoy.
