Even though I do agree this is a very good thing for MS (one of which Sony really needs to adopt), tell me what exactly does this has to do with E3??

Yeah, I had that feeling too. I think it becomes more involving as you progress deeper in the game.

"I am assuming also that we won't be able to cheat the system by signing in our EU accounts."

I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that the downloads will only be limited to your main account.

Good interview. The time, care and attention invested in this project by Team Bondi and R* should be emulated by several other devs/pubs throughout the industry.

"You know let's be honest for a second... and this is IMO

I'm a gamer and I love PS3 but let's keep it real... We Gamers are like druggies.. were hooked, and we need our Online Gaming...(Hell these companies have been telling us for years online gaming is where it's at.. and now were hooked) -be honest.. "

I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you....

Yeah. I'd rather have something that will extend the life of the game (bonus missions) than something that would ultimately make it easier (feature enhancement suits).

Totally agree. Even though Portal 2 is a much bigger game than its predecessor in almost every facet, I also felt it was much easier. And I have to agree with the author in regards to the "on rails" nature of the game. It seemed that while solving puzzles, you could either do extremely right (almost too right at times) or just plain couldn't get it. With Portal 1, particularly during the later stages of the game, I always got those "sit at the edge of your seat" moment...

My thoughts exactly. Among the many reasons why I'm becoming more and more of a fan of devs like From Software (Demon's Souls).

"I know a lot of gamers complain about getting value for money from their games and how expensive games are when they only last six hours: well I'm going to do the opposite. My time is precious, I'm a 35 year old gamer with a family and any time I get on the PS3 needs to be a fulfilling and efficient experience."

Thankfully, this guy doesn't speak for the gaming community as a whole. Besides, sadly this gen has seen more than its fair share of 4-hour g...

Wow. The Adventures of Bayou Billy. Forgot all about that one. Man, I'm old, lol.

I agree to the fullest. I'm not sure of the validity of this claim, but this REALLY needs to come to fruition. And that you've mentioned it, the only thing that would concern me about a possible sequel would be the quality of the motion capture and voice acting, considering that NT did such a superb job with the tools they were given. The production value and quality of presentation is in a league of its own.

Surprised to see that none of the N64 gems made that list. NWO vs WCW Revenge was a beast.

I have the Sonic Genesis Collection as well. And you are right about Comix Zone. Sega needs to do a sequel or HD remake along the likes of what Capcom did for the remake of Bionic Commando (Rearmed of course, not the 3D remake).

Exactly. Gaming is indeed becoming an upper-class luxury. Long gone are the days where the only thing you had to pay for extra content was time and dedication to beating a game on the most difficult setting.

"...does this mean exploitation of gamers will become common practice for major titles in the future?" -author

Sadly, the exploitation of gamers has already become common practice for major titles in the future, present, or otherwise.

I agree. Now granted, some multiplats get some deserved slack, particularly regarding the subpar ports. However, this year multiplatforms have been at the forefront of my most anticipated games for this year; ME2, ME3, Portal 2, Dark Souls, L.A. Noire, and Op Flashpoint R.R., with the lone exclusive, Uncharted 3 falling somewhere within the middle.

But as far as the article is concerned, I also agree that system exclusives are extremely vital. It would make for a stale gami...

My 60GB YLOD'd and I got it fixed immediately after. The very next day, while trying to transfer my files to my new Slim, it crapped out on me again. And if that wasn't enough, Sony announces a few weeks later Cloud Storage on PSN, after I lost EVERYTHING off my HDD. Great /s. I took it back for repairs and got it fixed for free, but haven't touched it since.
