"Rented it from blockbuster, never player the gamecube again..."
Not even for Eternal Darkness?? Blasphemy.
Edit: BTW, that disagree didn't come from me.
"They don't want to be seen as a total cash-in company and they want to make their own market by providing original experiences."
That holds true...for SOME developers/publishers. Unfortunately, fewer than most.
Good question. But rather than "duplicate", I'd rather see a more modern take on an rpg action game, more like what Obsedian was striving for with Alpha Protocol.
Lol
This is actually a very good game. One of those rare diamonds in the rough that comes out every once in a while.
@ macky
I'm no PC gamer, but as Ace mentioned, the accessibility of this Gen is quickly bringing me over. Having said that, I'm hoping to land a gaming rig as "futureproof" as possible for preparation of upcoming games. So hopefully i'll be able to adapt to whatever advancements ARMA 3 (or any other game for that matter) throws at me.
Agreed, DragonKnight. I cringe every time I hear that word being thrown around.
I game on PS3, but as DragonKnight stated in an earlier post, the "accessibility" of this Gen has caused me to do just what you've said. Now i'm specing out a suitable gaming rig that'll accommodate the upcoming ARMA 3.
Couldn't have said it better.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Whatever they meant, I just hope they improve the controls. Can't take another year of that.

Yeah. It still amazes me to know that people who dedicate their lives to something so mundane, with that much passion, actually exist. You gotta give it to him - the guy's thorough if nothing else.
@ metsb
You're right. And what's worse than that, it sat for as long as it did with about 11 or 12 negative reports (maybe more) versus about 4 or so approvals - and STILL made it through. I too was starting to believe that it was let through purposely. The flamebait nonsense throughout this entire site is sickening.
While in submission, this article had several reports (over 10 I know). For the life of me, I have no idea how this got through. Goes to show you about the moderation on this site - or lack thereof.
When I saw "PS3 cult classic", I was thinking the same thing.
"But nothing in the God of War universe is harder than the clone fight on God mode (that is what it was called?)."
Man, you said it. I'd gotten to that part several times over and have yet to past it. That's the only time in my gaming life that I have ever gotten all the way to the final stages of completing a game and totally gave up trying, lol.
Well said.
I was looking forward to getting AP based on its premise, but talks of the bugs and numerous glitches swayed me from getting it. Like you said, if they resolved these issues in a possible sequel, I'd at least keep an eye on it.
Well said. And I totally agree.
