Do we see Gamer Euphoria on metacritic?
Everyone has the right to change their opinion for which game is GOTY of year X. Since gamers have a budget, it seems reasonable to expect they won't pick up every amazing game that was released that year. Very detailed review.
Graphics are still great, but I find a few problems with them regarding load times and meh artstyle at points. Don't expect it to reach the critical heights of Killzone 3 (maybe 2 also, not sure) and you'll have quite a looker. The standout in graphics would have to be the scripted destruction that happens right in front of you. Not to state that as if it hasn't been done before, but it stands out because you don't expect it with the mood that's presented.

The title says "Game endings", therefore, one game cannot exspunge the plethora of all examples given for bad game endings.
^Thank you for clarifying your points. Although we will agree to disagree on some points, the reason for this blog post was a simple process of recognizing the very nature of the problem, giving possible choices to combat said problem, and hoping for the best solution (since I don't know the future).
I can certainly agree that I have no right how other posters should behave themselves. These were just the facets of the problem I personally find to be self-evident.
I thank you for adding your comment, although I don't see how I insinuated how I ever proclaimed to be perfect in this blog. Everyone's free to go through my comment history to see I've chosen sides on issues that are either pro-360, pro-PS3, pro-PC, or pro-Wii.
"People are biased: We're not robots."
That's clearly recognized in the title of number 1.
Didn't IGN (or another gaming site) have similar phrase, only for Halo: Reach?
So the closest I'll get to this actress is through a 3d-scanned likeness of her on TOR? There was a time I came here for good news :P.
Yes to Call of Duty 2's Battle Hardened. Devs took the difficulty of that to another level, and THIS is comsidering Call of Duty 1 went with health bars that weren't refilled until the next mission (or checkpoint).
Newsflash: It's not only 360 fans confirming to people that reviews are just opinions, it's sane people in general. Since the dawning of "the critic", most have understood the basis of how a review is defined: A subjective opinion at it's core, with a demand to empircally state flaws in an objective manner.
Gears 1 and 2 aren't first person shooters (fps).
Posters kramun and why o why submitted the correct answer. I think games can be the most unique for storytelling depending on how involvement the player has in the story overall. That does not make it the best, however.
Comes off as the usual WoW affair in this case (not in a slanting way). Bring a head here, make sexual reference there. I anticipate a more mature audience for this MMO based on the fact that it's a bit more story driven.
I think we as gamers are the ones to blame for feeding these ideas of " >9 ='s waiting for price drop". This annoying demand for AAA, blockbuster hits means reviewers are literally forced to give good scores, rather than looking emprically at each game's actual quality.
Certainly agree that it's an awesome game; however, I've already pointed out why I find the story to be underdeveloped. Although it is a recap of what happened to Hale, the feeling of so many scenes feeling rushed can't help but be noticed. It's understandle though, considering what time-frame was given for the game. Fans are fortunate enough to still be greeted a solid game.
SPOILER FOR KOTOR 2
#1 is wrong since you have to go back to Telos to fight off the _____. Can't one assume that picture is captured toward the end of the game?
"Why would you even ask what was so hard to understand about your first post?"
It seemed fairly concrete in meaning for an initial comment tbh. It's not like this user review dissuaded me from getting Dead Island altogether, just to hold out for a better price.
"But if you want to believe said example is not a horrendous example of of unprofessionalism..."
1.) To note, I'm not a "fan" of any reviewing site more than I can empirically recognize what sites are ACTUALLY quality review sites.
2.) Wth is this garbage I quoted from you? You make great points up until this. The problem with this quote is you still haven't given any backing from the "Halo 3:ODST > Killzone 2 score ...
1.) Since he had to spend $60 AND has a great review track record, You can take him as him being completely honest.
2.) To clarify, my friend didn't purchase the game yet when he wanted me to buy it. He also doesn't seem inclined to purchase it now either. Neither of us were sure if we should throw down the 60 bones; instead, we can both save for better games that could offer a better co-op experience with less technical issues.
Can you help ...
Short, yet sweet opinion piece. Puts the emphasis on how revolutionary SWTOR can be when looking at the bigger picture.
