Yep. Gameplay > Story every time.
That's why Zelda and Mario can continually get away with saving the princess. It is the gameplay that is different.
I'd rather have a good game with a lousy story than a bad game with an amazing story (because, let's face it, if a game was really bad, you'd give up long before the story ended.)
Europe only at the moment.
I suppose its fair since the US got the E3 trailers weeks before Europe.
November 18 in Europe
November 20 in US.
Terrible article.
If I remember correctly, Super Mario 64 DS was a launch title for the original DS.
Nintendo can't win.
Release popular titles - "They're desperate! They should have delayed the games!"
Delay popular titles - "The 3DS has no games! Why aren't they released sooner?!"
Fanboys.
"A well known character that's not on my console has to die!"
Navi, surely?
HEY LISTEN!
HEY LISTEN!
As said above, it depends on the game.
I'm happy to pay that much for a quality game that will last me a long time.
1. It's free.
2. New single player mode.
Wii Sports Resort
Wii Motion Play
Red Steel 2
Avatar
Skyward Sword
It's also not just a stick. It includes extra trigger buttons.
And that's why there's no way a redesigned 3DS will feature this functionality - it would be too large.

Trouble is, it looks like some upcoming games (Super Mario 3D Land) use the 3D effect to solve puzzles.
There's a lot of confusion about the 3DS.
The fact that the 3D is optional could sell it to people who don't like 3D.
Perhaps this is what the rumor about the "less focus on 3D" really meant.
72% actually :D
And Mario - the big system seller - isn't even out yet....
I'm calling it now.
The World Ends Wii U.
The battery life between the Vita and the 3DS aren't exactly the same. (Not hating - I own a 3DS and plan, eventually, to get a Vita.)
Nintendo 3DS: 3 hours at max brightness, playing in 3D, with wireless turned on, using the internal speakers.
Vita: 3 hours at default brightness with wireless turned off and headphones plugged in.
Plus, with the Vita, due to the back touchpad, you can't remove the battery cover.
With ...
No wonder Nintendo let them have that ugly stick....
Key point that everyone misses is that the Vita's 3-5 hours is with the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth turned off and the headphones plugged in.

So the actual battery life is even more depressing.
Ripoff.
Surely a game that isn't addictive is a game that isn't worth buying?
