I've said it before and I've said it again, the biggest problem the 3DS has is lack of decent games. But they're coming. And once they come, everyone will think about it differently.
While I'm slightly worried by the number of developers who want fans to show support before they release a 3DS title, this is a must release for me.
The 38 likes (39 now thanks to me) on the Facebook page is quite depressing though.

As I've said already, 9 Monolith games have been released - only 2 of them have come out in both Europe and USA.

Can you guess how many have been released in both USA and Europe? Just two.
They're working on a 3DS game now. Odds are, the Europeans will miss out on that. But I bet they won't make half as much fuss. :D We never complained about missing out on Excitebots.
Apple did do that, but they dropped the price by $200, so the $100 vouchers still left early adopters $100 out of pocket.

The 3D will probably help you build the coasters too. On the original PC game, it used to be hard to see when you made a complete track circuit.
I don't see why lack of Blu-Ray is such a problem.
Blu-Ray is a Sony format.
Nintendo would have to pay Sony, their direct rival, every time a console / game was sold.
I buy a console to play games.
And the Wii U will be a the first console of the next generation, whether you like or not, just as the Wii was a console of this generation. Generations are about timing, not spec.
