I was talking about Sonic Heroes as I mentioned in my post. Not sure how you got that confused with Frontiers, it literally says:

"What makes this milestone so important is that Sonic Heroes, the first proper multi-platform 3D Sonic the Hedgehog game was known for selling 3.41 million copies at the end of 2007"

I didn't find it that good. Haven't played Frontiers so I can't say much about it but it certainly isn't the same type o...

Heroes was kinda meh and was not like SA2, how it sold that much I'm unsure..

I remember playing the first Payday after playing L4D2 and it didn't click, I was interested because it looked very similar with the HUD etc, other than that the game was kinda boring.. But then I got bored of L4D as well as there wasn't enough variation. Not sure what happened with Payday but it didn't even click with me a little bit whereas L4D did until I got bored of it.

My main gripe with CD was that some of the levels were a bit too confusing, and many of the bosses were just oddly stupid IMO.

Yea San Andreas had a good multiplayer mod just a short bit after it came out which was really popular.

A Starfox film would be pretty damn good if made well tbh, especially if they got the N64 voice actors on board again.

It'll probably be rated high and defended anyways because you know.. Nintendo.

Probably runs and looks a ton better too, Nintendo are so late with their next machine.

@blacktar you have your opinion i have mine. I found the game dull, and it is for the most part. It set the foundation for the much superior SA and VC however.

Not sure tbh.. I'd say 3 was the most overrated. It's pretty rough to go back to, it was quite rough even trying it just after Vice City. Lack of humour and vehicles that had the weight of polystyrene with top speeds to match.

VC & the stories games (even LCS) were all fun. I remember there being a lot of praise for GTA 3 on TV and in game mags, saying it was a Dreamcast killer of a game or words to that effect, and honestly after playing it on PC I didn't t...

OpenAI developers are trying to tune & further enhance accuracy.

What will be most interesting is when they show off their NEO robot that they're working on with 1x robotics this summer that has GPT4. Could be the first time we get robots that are useful for the home.

Keyboard and mouse IMO is almost essential for certain games as well, like RTS, management/builder style games, and of course FPS.

I would say probably remakes at this point would do them best, release both as a collection and then announce SA3 later on. Would be pretty great tbh.

What was it that they said? All I know is that Nvidia have been skimpy with their 4000 series, and anything with decent vram is not worth the money -> 4070 12GB.

The 4090 is the only card that's a big upgrade over the higher end 3000 series. 3080 was close to the 3090 and not stupidly expensive.

4000 series is a bust and I'm glad Nvidia are having trouble shifting cards. Hopefully they'll see sense with the 5000 series or a 4000 series refr...

I don't get why FPS games sell so well on console anyways given the controls.. They were fairly acceptable on N64 and consoles before it because they were still quite new then, but afterwards? Nah.. Exceptions being Quake 3 on DC which could use KB & mouse. I'll have to give an FPS game a go with a controller and see how it feels these days but I Imagine it's hard to go back to.

Oh it's another motion sickness simulator.. What is it with some developers and this stupid approach? Dead Island was bad enough, then again the game wasn't enjoyable anyways so it doesn't bother me.

Shame the camera swaying immediately puts me off, not a fan of that stuff at all.

@lodossrage I think the easiest way to define it is pretty much like everything has to be PC, or they get their panties in a twist.. Kinda similar to being a snowflake, like they stand for everything non-offensive and everything has to go by the rules.

Too bad Nintendo has to rip people off and there'll be others to take his place.. AKA Nintendo are wasting their time thinking they're stopping hackers and the difference it will make overall is slim to none.

I'm not sure how popular they are these days, but during 1999 in the dial up days Worms 2 was great. I started getting into online FPS in late 01 early 02 though once I first had broadband.

Much rather play a Worms game over chess though for sure.. Armageddon still gets updated today. I think this is the type of game they made way too many different versions of and some were pretty much not needed. One definitive game is only needed every so many years and they can just...
