Zen 4 looked a little underwhelming from what was shown so far, who knows tho maybe they'll surprise us, if not we always have Intel.
The reason consoles see such big uplifts in performance in the first place is because it takes so long for a new one to come out. You're literally missing out on performance in between, you don't with PC.
So games like Matrix demo are happy to be played at sub 30fps on console? Ok, KEKW.
Dreamcast was first for 60Hz support, every console before it was 50Hz. But the problem was that many developers didn't update their game to run properly so the gameplay & music was slower. Wasn't an issue for handhelds or if you played on PC, though.
Kind of lazy from Sony, especially considering the subscription cost.
I remember trying to play Armageddon on Dreamcast, big letdown after coming from Worms 2 on PC, WA on DC had no online play, the controls (trying to use rope) sucked, and on top of that the AI in single player took 30+! Seconds minimum just to take their turn, I was sitting there thinking something was wrong with my game but pretty sure all the console versions were like that. On PC you wait a few seconds at most.
Basically.. the only turn based games i ever enjoyed were Worms 2 & onwards for its online play. Also Custom Robo Arena is a much better game than Pokemon for action since it's real time battles.
The end bit where they show the back of CJ just looks like his regular model, completely different to the highly detailed face they show of him.
A high score does not mean every single person will automatically like said game. Just like some snobs will not touch a game rated 7, while many will actually enjoy it if it's fun.
I had the top model on reserve but didn't pay for it when i had the email. Probably go for the cheapest one if i order again. Most likely save my money for PC upgrades instead since next gen GPUs and CPUs are coming soon.
If you could upgrade the APU in the Steam Deck it would be pretty awesome. But you're stuck with what it has, still seems a good device regardless though.
Personally prefer Road Rash (PS1,PC) and ESPN Extreme Games for the fun factor, wish they would bring those back. Standard racing games get boring for me, i need some fun like attacking other players. It's been a while since i played the first Motorstorm, don't remember if that was part of the gameplay or just a minor thing that didn't do much.
I'd rather more missions, bigger game overall than more customization, assuming it takes away from work on the main game anyways.
Modders did R*'s job before them with SA-MP back in 06.
This Saints Row game should have way better online than GTA V, if not then it's not an advancement.

Can't say I'm a fan of this or Smash, I find them both looking very shallow gameplay wise.

The negative criticism is likely from the console fanboys again, it usually is. Me on the other hand, i got hooked on PC since 1999 with my first taste of Half Life, Worms 2 (with integrated chat and net play) and other games like Virtual Springfield.
