"So dont come here and tell people just get whatever reasonable Gaming PC and start getting double the performance cause thats a complete lie."
For a start I never even said you'd get double the performance, so you just lied while telling me I lied when I didn't.
Secondly what Deus Ex game are you talking about? What resolution and frame rate does the PS5 run it at? Many PS5 games are upscaled from a lower resolution, or have a locked fr...
Console fanboys who hated PC wouldn't have bought a decent one even when pricing on high end GPUs was reasonable. They always have some kind of reason to complain about it whatever it is.
Then proceed to make up stuff like having to have the highest end most expensive stuff, which often isn't true, you can go a step or 2 down from top end and that would still be better than console performance.
You can't expect miracles dude, if you want to game on PC you either play at or above recommended requirements (ideally) or go for minimum or in between that and recommended, and know that you'll have to make compromises on fps or resolution & quality settings.
Pretty sure those things are easily added in, why they didn't add emotion to his face I'm unsure, and the greeting can also easily be added/scripted.
It's possible this particular demo was rushed out, I've already seen it done better with actual robot heads.
Guess Nintendo paid out the nose to make it work.. Makes much more sense than releasing a capable console, GJ Nintendo.
You could do similar kind of stuff in Garry's Mod base game mode back in 2004.. And with a lot of other players.
I don't know what the point of a Steam release would be anyway since you can just download emulators elsewhere.
I don't really see much point in this, isn't the current version already updated in some ways vs the original 2004 release? It will look better, but a Source 2 touch up would be much better, maybe it would take too long for a small team. Plus I heard from the S&box devs that they were lucky to get the build of Source 2 that they're now working with.
Maybe Valve isn't so forthcoming when it comes to sharing their engine. Shame because they're taking...
3000 series (at normal retail pricing) was mostly decent, you could argue the 3080 was slightly gimped because of the 10gb but overall it was much better than this 4000 series. 4090 is a good jump but the pricing is too high for most, I could buy one but these days I barely touch a game. I'm on a 3060Ti myself at the moment and It's fine if you're reasonable with the settings depending on the game.
I'd wait and see if they do some kind of Super refresh, or j...
Nice, I assume the collection features just basic ports though.. better than nothing I guess.
Imagine being in a dictatorship with oppressive laws, sounds a bit like the UK.
It needs a lot of missions and side activities, I mean what else would you want from a GTA, maybe a more interactive environment?
Now you move the goalposts of your argument to cost? For PC it speeds up the whole system, not just game loading. These things made a big difference to the world of computers over mechanical drives before 2010.
Yes we're salty because it took over a decade for consoles to even have any kind of SSD, good point.
There's honestly probably a whole handful (at most) of games on PS5 that I'd miss out on if I didn't own one, judging by the downvotes of your post there's obviously plenty of Sony fans who disagree. That's fine, I don't share the same opinion. Nearly everything can be played better (if a decent port) on PC.
Multi purpose machine that can do far more than a closed environment box*
Thought I'd accurately correct you there..
The difference is PC isn't a walled garden tho like consoles as Gabe Newell himself stated, and has a ton of other uses besides just gaming. People always conveniently seem to forget that. You can also keep your stuff a few years before needing to upgrade, and even sell your parts to pay for an upgrade.
Tbh you only need a PS5 and Switch (maybe?) if you already have a decent PC anyways as it renders the Xbox kinda irrelevant as you'd get better performance from it, and the benefit of using it for tons of other uses besides just gaming.
You don't really want to play a game with a computer that only just meets minimum requirements as it will usually run kind of crap anyways, you want either midway to recommended or ideally above recommended, especially if you have a high hz display running at 1440p or 4k.
The freaking out by some over the odd game coming to PC is hilarious, I thought PS5 had tons of exclusives worth having..? Kekw
