They absolutely will! The RAGE engine and Euphoria are like a match made in heaven. They would never take it out because it is one of the things that puts GTA on a whole other level than other open world games this gen. They also used it in Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3. Only L.A. Noire did not use it but that game was not running on RAGE.
Those realistic physics bring SO much to Rockstar's open worlds. I would have loved GTA IV so much less if not for Euphoria. Run...
Who would have thought five (six if you include Liberation) Assassin's Creed games would have released in those five years? Hm...
The Xbox 360 actually is holding Kinect back. I can't wait to see what developers can pull off with Kinect on the next Xbox with all the additional processing power and with every console shipping with a Kinect sensor. So many possibilities for next generation.
Exactly! And COD sells the most! You're countering your own argument now.
Take away the 360's total sales in Japan and it is STILL ahead of the PS3 in overall worldwide sales. That just goes to show how insignificant Japan is to the Xbox 360's success.
You really think there are people paying for Xbox LIVE Gold simply to use Netflix?
Well, if there is any game that I would be willing to pay more than the $60 price tag for it is Grand Theft Auto. Rockstar have never let me down before and the quality of their games is second to none.
I'd rather have a smaller number of outstanding exclusives than a large number of mediocre exclusives. This year I played Halo 4, Forza Horizon, Fez, Mark of the Ninja, Dust: An Elysian Tail, and Trials Evolution as exclusives on my 360. All wonderful, highly-rated titles. The only exclusive I played this year on the PS3 was the Journey: Collector's Edition which I rented from GameFly. It was a great experience, but it was pretty much my only PS3 experience this year.

For some reason, despite being a huge Gears fan since day one back in 2006, I was not very excited for Judgment. Maybe because it's releasing only 1.5 years after Gears 3 and being devloped by People Can Fly. But after seeing this trailer last night at the VGAs... wow! It looks stunning and I have instantly become hyped for Gears again.
Every single year the same people say the PS3 is about to surpass the 360's install base and then the holiday season comes and goes, and what do you know? The sales gap is back to the same it was a year ago again. Enough excuses... Just face it, the PS3 is just not as popular as the Xbox 360. Who cares? Just enjoy your PS3. No need to go into damage control mode every holiday season. Microsoft and Nintendo own this time of the year. Just play your PS3 and ignore the sales articles because...
June 19 is a Wednesday so no, that will not be the release date. June 18 is a possibility, but I expect the game in either April or May, leaning towards May 21 because Rockstar has released a game on the third Tuesday in May for the past 3 years straight now (RDR 5/18/10, LAN 5/17/11, MP3 5/15/12).
It's called "damage control".
This is the same thing that happens every year. The PS3 outsells the 360 by small amounts for most of the year, building up a moderate yearly lead, then the holiday season comes and the 360 totally wipes the floor with the PS3 and completely undoes the PS3's lead. By the time the year ends, both consoles have sold about the same for the year so the 2-3 million gap never closes.
It's funny how people are always saying that Sony is all about the gamers and the PS3 is a game console first. They bash Microsoft saying they have begun to shift focus away from games and are turning the Xbox 360 into an entertainment box rather than a game console.
Now if this news was that the 360 was the most-used device for Netflix, the comments would be saying "I buy a game console to play games, not to watch movies", or "360 owners have no games to p...

Except the map size has little to do with how much space the game will take. It's audio and pre-rendered video that takes up the largest amount of space. And despite the 3 characters, the game is said to be about the length of RDR which would be shorter than GTA IV. If GTA IV and RDR could fit on one disc, then I don't see much reason GTA V could not.
L.A. Noire needed 3 discs because of the MotionScan facial animation technology which GTA V is not using. That giant 1...
At least they got the controller layout right like the Xbox 360 controller.
And this is why the PS3 will never outsell the 360. It happens every year like clockwork. For the first 3/4 of the year, the PS3 outsells the 360 every week by small - moderate amounts. Everyone says the PS3 is about to pass the 360. Then the holiday season comes and the 360 wipes away the PS3's yearly lead in just a few weeks of amazing sales and they end up just about tied every year, so the gap has stayed between 2 - 3 million for years now. Sony has done too little, too late and the P...
I would say Rockstar are the most passionate game developers out there. And I see very few games that can live up to the sheer quality of their titles such as GTA IV and RDR. Those games just OOZE with quality from every pore.
Do you walk around squinting everywhere you go, Axecution?
