The $50 million was a loan that helped fund GTA IV's development. And Rockstar does not "owe" Sony anything. As for Agent, the last we heard of it was back at E3 2011, in an interview where Jack Tretton dodged the question of exclusivity:

I certainly agree it's a generic slogan. Especially compared to some of their great slogans from the past like "Live in your world, play in ours" or even "It only does everything". "Greatness Awaits" seems so forgettable in comparison.

@sway_z I find it even funnier how a certain group of fans completely blows this "issue" out of proportion. A 10 second disc swap during a 30 hour story does not affect my experience to any measurable degree. In fact, it's such a nonissue that the only time I ever see it discussed is when someone starts a fanboy war over it. There are a hundred other issues I would be concerned about before the number of discs the game comes on.
These two platforms will share 90% of the same games, so no matter which you choose, you will have endless games to play. So it's all going to come down to the features. The PS4 will have Gaikai streaming and the "Share" feature. In 2 weeks time, we'll find out what Microsoft has up its sleeve.
LOL at the GameFAQs poll. PSN is a free service available across 3 platforms (PS3, PSP, Vita) that have together sold around 160 million units. Xbox LIVE is a paid service available on one platform. Of course PSN would win the poll. How many of the people who voted for PSN do you think have even used Xbox LIVE, let alone owned a 360? If we could see a real poll consisting of only people who have used both services, the numbers would probably be flipped and skewed even more in favor of Xbox LI...
They didn't "shoot down rumors" about Illumiroom... That's an interview about the tech where they were asked when it will be available. Nothing to do with rumors. Microsoft, like any company, does not comment on rumors or speculation. Especially when it deals directly with unannounced hardware. You can't tell people specific details about the next Xbox, especially when it does not even officially "exist" yet.
Lacks depth????? Wow, I believe GTA's worlds are by far the deepest of any game's. Just look at GTA IV's Liberty City. The detail in the city is astounding. The city pretty much has its own culture with its hundreds of fictional brands, from fast food to clothing to car manufacturers and alcohol, plastered across billboards, with ads on TV, and their own in-game websites. Everything is interconnected to bring the world alive and make it feel authentic, like a living, breathing cit...
The 360 controller is perfect to me so I'm glad they won't try to fix what isn't broken. The D-Pad is hardly used in any games that I play, so I never have been particularly bothered by it. I'm glad to see Sony has taken cues from Microsoft to improve the PS4 controller - more ergonomic design, concave surface on analog sticks, improved triggers, etc. The PS3 controller really detracted from my experience, and added one more reason to buy all my multiplatform titles on the 360...

Yet most games have more active online communities on the 360. People are willing to pay for a better service. If Xbox LIVE Gold went free, the quality would almost certainly go down.
GTA IV was only delayed once, from October 2007 to April 2008. Wow, I can't believe it's already been 5 years since GTA IV. Still my favorite game of this gen! I'm pretty sure that will be changing come this September, though.

There are no words to describe how excited I am. I'll watch the live stream directly from Xbox LIVE. The live event player has always been very reliable, consistently streaming in HD quality.
Rockstar is the greatest game developer of our time. Nobody puts as much care and love into their games as Rockstar. That's all I have to say.
Yes! It's about time Ubisoft! I can't wait to play Assassin's Creed V and VI next year!
