About the game. The characters are poorly developed, as is the story that suffers with a lifeless world. But in terms of gameplay it turns out to be a decent hack and slash RPG, with some platform sections that might bother some and with bosses that offer an interesting challenge.
The campaign duration is decent, in my case it took me a little over 15 hours to finish it and there are optional content that extends the life of the game. In the end, for the price of the basic ...
I loved the artistic style of this "notgame". But I do not think it's an experience that I would enjoy.
Still I hope to try it sometime.
Because some people were offended by this and from the point of view of a company it is better to apologize and calm this group of "potential buyers" than to ignore the situation.

Without Barbarians.
No military victory.
King difficulty.
Island map.
No wonder that not a single unit died, there was literally nothing to kill them.
In the first five minutes of gameplay, this title already makes it clear that was not meant for the faint of heart.
Well, if this new console comes to use the same philosophy that Nintendo normally uses for portable devices, then it is almost certain that we will have a more powerful version of the console in a few years. Considering only the recent past (last decade), Nintendo had two portable consoles and both of them in some point received a new and more powerful version (DS - DSi; 3DS - N3DS).
They are allowed but there is not much to do in this event if you are not part of that community and/or care about the "issues that affects them". Most of the panels are focused on the LGBT agenda, with stuff like "safe spaces" or "why your games don't need white cis males", etc....
Not a bad event in any way, but it is too restricted in their goal and this ultimately affects the number of people interested in it.
If they launch this game in a decent state and actually use this extra time to optimize the PC version, I think there is no reasson to complaining about the delay. But if after these two weeks, they deliver a poorly optimized console port (like the first game) you can be sure that they will not see my money anytime soon.
Good points, price really is an important factor in deciding between these games and the fact that it is a sequel will probably attract some players. But for me this genre already has too many representatives and apparently will get even more next year, something I truly believe is not very compatible with a niche market like this.
Exploring environments as a ghost sounds fun, but with games like Dammed and Dead by Daylight already offering a very similar experience, I do not see why venture into this title.
I do not know, the design reminds me of Amazon Fire TV controller and that one was comfortable but far from overcoming the Xbox One (especially the elite) controller. And I remember a lot of people saying that the Wii U Pro Controller was the most comfortable of all and despite it being well adjusted, it did not have basic features like analog triggers.... I wonder if this version corrected this grotesque design flaw.
I agree, nowadays it is very difficult to find a fighting game that is more shallow and badly optimized than DOA and this coming from a fan of the franchise that goes with it since the days of the Dreamcast...
Not only that, but the Switch have to prove in the long run that It can sustain AAA titles. Later in 2017 (next year) we will have two much more powerful machines in the market and the developers will have too boost even more resources to ensure that their games will be available in all of them.
If the Switch fails to prove itself as a viable option, is very likely that many developers will stop supporting the device the same away that they did with the Wii U.
The question is whether Nintendo and especially Nintendo of America will treat their customers like adults / teenagers or will continue to treat them like little children, with their stupid policies, abusive locations and the like?

That moment when you discover that the writer did not play the game that is being reviewed.
Is from hardcoregamer, clickbait headlines and meaningless articles are kind of their thing.
A fine and solid exploration game that uses the RPG Maker engine, played it years ago and totally recommend, great story and characters.
Of the five games mentioned I own four of them and agree that The Wonderful 101 is an amazing game, completely unique and challenging. But the rest are mostly mediocre, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water is fun, but besides being overly linear is quite easy, especially if you played the previous titles. Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is a very weak entry to the franchise, little variety and zero depth, if you are interested in the franchise is better to take the N64 version (you can get it on the ...
Yes, it is a direct port of the PS Vita version with all the censorship intact. And since the modifications were made to the "core" of the game and there is no uncensored version for computers released anywhere in the world, the chances of a restoration patch are quite small.
