I'm sticking to the console that can play my favourite games. It doesn't matter to me how the new Ni no Kuni would look on the X, because it won't be on the X. I can play the new Horizon DLC on my PS4, but not on any XB1, so it is once again irrelevant how it would look on the X as it always looks best on the system that can actually play it.
Because they practically print money? Save your criticism for when they release a Switch Pokemon MMO with MTs. Until then The Pokemon Company isn't that bad.
I've been holding out for a Dishonored Collection, but those prices are making me consider checking those games out now.
No, singleplayer games are not doomed. There are so many to list from this year alone.
Indie games better than the best successor to Back to Nature that all future Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games failed to be? Keep dreaming.
No.
I never heard of the dating sim genre being regarded as a joke genre, but in retrospective we do have plenty of parody games. I would actually like to see more legit games in this genre released here though.
Well, I'm sure this holiday season will provide the answer to the power vs exclusives argument. It sure as heck won't bury it but will provide argument fuel for one side or the other. I'm personally in the exclusives camp, so I'll be rooting for the PS4 and Switch. I may even check out a Switch at some point, but I'll have to see.
How did they feed their families before MTs then? I'm sorry, but gouging the consumer should be called out for what it is.
And this is why I don't own an XB1.
I'm a PS4 owner, but while I enjoyed the first game I wouldn't put it in the "I must buy its sequel immediately" category. Still, I fully intend to check it out at some point after the dust has settled.
SME is not one of Sony's gaming related studios, and some of Sony's tech is in other systems while Sony has some tech from other companies in their systems. This is not the same thing as having Naughty Dog publish a Switch game, and I'm cool with it.
The bizarrely timed article on a game that's old news to put it mildly...although the site name suggests the author's pool of material to reference is limited.
With games. If systems were guns and games were ammunition, the XB1X would be a fantastic gatling gun...but MS wouldn't have enough ammunition to do any real damage with it. On the other hand, Sony has a decent gun of its own, and more than enough ammunition to blow away the competition. Nintendo actually has a pretty favourable setup too for the first time in a long time, but I really don't think Sony is the one we need to worry about.
Well, I could play Ori and Cuphead anytime I want on Steam, lol. If Xbox only has 6 exclusives worth bragging about I actually feel sorry for Xbox owners.
I do remember learning how to drive and wishing I could just use a Dualshock since I was good with one of those...and still am. 13 years later my dream comes true, lol. The only difference now is I'm a pro at driving so I don't need it.
Um...how else do you measure success? Software sales? That's still in the sales family.
Hardware isn't MS's problem, it's lagging behind the competition in quality exclusives. Even Nintendo is running laps around them now. Nintendo!
I own a PS4 and want a Switch. I'm going to wait on one for now though. Still, that's more than I can say for the XB1, which I would have no use for.
I'm sorry, but I don't see Atari having much success with this one.
