As someone who was introduced to the series through the Last Recode collection, I concur. I'd also love for some of the other media to get re-released too as I really like this franchise but trying to follow it all is next to impossible at this point in time and I want to support as much of it as possible legally.
All the more reason to cease supporting those publishers then, and I sincerely hope that's not a dark side Capcom has embraced.
Can I say the entire cast of the Skylight Freerange games? The character models aren't the only atrocious thing in this series, which looks like an alpha of a PS1 title. In fact, no one should play these games. Ever.
I remember sarcastically thinking to myself "good thing Jessica is dressed for the arctic".
What we demand is quality, and not getting ripped off. Good thing Sony's first party titles give us both of those things. Most of them also happen to be singleplayer titles.
Well, no matter how much technology changes, no one will ever be able to tell me what I want. That's for me alone to decide, thank you very much. As for what the general public wants, that's for people as a collective to decide, and although people are individuals and aren't always on the same page, one thing we have in common is that no one likes being told what they want. If you want people to want what you're selling, make them want it. But, the only way to do that is t...
2019 has tough shoes to fill given the year we've had, but it's possible, especially given the lineup of PS4 exclusives slated for next year.
This might be cheating, but Spidey comes to mind off the top of my head because some of his suits are amazing.
I have all four games on Vita and loved them, so I may be interested in this, especially if an art book is thrown in.
PS4, easily, with the Switch taking 2nd.
Switch did, hands down. I think Gamingbolt has a rule that they have to praise everything MS does and ignore all their missteps, so even though it would be too obvious that they're not a credible site if they gave Xbox first place, they just had to downplay Nintendo and overly praise the XB1 just so MS will never place last in any of their articles. Good thing actual gamers know the truth.
VR certainly does.
It tends to change around for me as I don't generally like to stick to playing the same kinds of games all the time. If I get into a huge AAA open world game I might follow it up with a simplistic indie platformer. If I've been playing quite a bit of Japanese games lately, I might jump into a Western developed title next. As much of a cop out as it sounds, variety is my preference. If I had to mention something I've been playing more than I usual do this year, it's open wo...
I disagree. I've always loved unlockables, and the fighting game genre really suits it. I remember being on the playground and bragging about all the characters, modes and outfits I unlocked in various games. Now, devs want to rob our kids of that experience. I say boo! I'm glad Nintendo decided to bring back the unlockable with this entry.
Personally, I've gone the other way. It's not that I never play online multiplayer. I just do it a lot less than I used to and do get into a lot of singleplayer games.
Wow, that's amazing. I'm not a big enough fan to spring for these, but they're amazing love letters to the super-fans. I wish more IPs got this treatment.
I genuinely believe GaaS is the future of Xbox gaming. All the more reason to get a PS5 next gen.
It depends what you're looking for as both offer a different experience, and both are great on PS4.
You'll have to download 2/3 of the characters and tracks, lol. In all seriousness though, since they're only remaking one game this time they have even less of an excuse if they pull that BS. I think I see their real tactic this time though. With any luck a Crash Bash remake will be around the corner too, but that would also be a standalone remake. Activision can make more money by just selling remakes separately from now on. They think they're pulling a fast one, but I'm...
