I will withhold judgment until I actually play both games, but at least in terms of graphics inFamous is much more advanced graphically than Prototype. Wow, I was surprised at how unimpressive those Prototype screenshots looked.
Could still be a really fun game though.

Gameplay is, of course, more important than graphics. Nevertheless, graphics are one of the major components of any game and when people don't have much to go on in terms of gameplay of course they are going to talk about what they can see--namely graphics.

I really haven't seen that many people saying they aren't getting this game or that it will suck. Most people are simply saying that they were expecting a little more from the graphics. In fact, a lot of people have gone out of their way to say that although the graphics aren't that impressive that the game is going to be awesome and they can't wait to get it.

Look, I love COD4 and it used to be my favorite shooter, but Killzone 2 came out and now I like that better. I have both consoles and that is my sincere opinion.

I'm the exact opposite. I used to be a big COD4 player, but now I am addicted to Killzone 2 multiplayer and I haven't played COD4 in a while. Well, I did pop it in a while ago, but I am mostly playing Killzone 2.
