Seems like they should have waited for this announcment a little bit. Let the dust settle from the Unity screw up.

Wow, alot of people defending what exactly is an "MMO". I guess in a classic sense it is not "MASSIVE" like a WoW or something.

It certainly shares alot of the end game characteristics of a traditional MMO.

This is THE patch we have all been waiting for.

The buff to exotics is well received along with the easier path to upgrade both through new and old "ass mats" and the destination materials.

The awful awful grind of farming for materials for HOURS on end is over. There is still a lot of grinding, but not just running around in a circle. We did it Guardians. See you in the Dark Below.

New Orleans would be brilliant.

That dark, swampy, voodoo vibe would make for a very strange and cooky fallout experience.

Trevor was my favorite as well. He was so over the top insane, he cracked me up.

This game is supurb. My personal GOTY.

Agreed, the gameplay and mechanics are rock solid. Guns and builds are fun to play with and can completely change the way you play. They just missed the mark on amount of content and some of the RNG features (especially endgame).

There is still potential in this formula if Bungie (or someone else) can get it made.

The areas are on the disc, not all of the content.

That said 20 bucks is a little steep for this DLC with just a few more things to fiddle with, but who knows? Maybe it will be great.

I think I speak for everyone when I say....Nope.

The real question is whether they knew the extent of the problems before launch.

If they did, there is a decent case for straight up fraud.

Wait, you mean to tell me that a publisher is releasing a demo 2 1/2 months after the initial release, right before thanksgiving, planned DLC, and, of course, the holiday season only because the game is waining? Okay.

Jokes aside, its a great time for them to do this.

There is a lot to hate about Destiny, there is also a lot to like as well.

I have enjoyed Destiny the more I played it strangely enough. The mechanics are rock solid, and the guns are cool. Especially when you start to fiddle with different builds with exotics and legendaries to emphasiize different things.

That said, every complaint is valid. There isn't enough content. I would have quit playing long ago if it weren't for some of my buddies also playing the game. The Tuesday nightfall, weekly, raid combo is a ton of fun.

Its not THAT hard to level up to play the raid on normal. Vanguarg Rank 2, buy your armor...done...Level up..takes about 2 weeks if you played everyday.

There is nothing quite like the raid on consoles at the moment and its a ton of fun.

The shooting is rock solid and the guns are fun. The only sinster part of it is dangling the final pieces of armor to reach 30 at the mercy of RNGesus. But really, reaching 30 only matters if you want an easier time with ...

I usually trust gamespot's reviews. They tend to be pretty in line with how I view the game, especially Kevin Orland (or something).

When its all said and done when a new release comes out, reading reviews, and then playing the game...I almost always end up with the same opinion as Kevin and about the same personal score.

No, it wasn't a GAWD-AWFUL game. It was average. We have come to expect more from Bioware, so it was deservedly bashed.

That said, it looks like Inquisition has not only Dragon Age, but Bioware back on track.

I don't think Bungie will nerf TLW. Handcannons, even TLW, are one of the more difficult guns to use in pvp and to a lesser extent pve.

In other words, some will pick it up. Do the twirly thing get popped by a suros/shotty user, and go right back to the auto rifle/shotty combo.

I understand that publishers set deadlines and all of that is important to the bottom line.

BUT LOOK AT WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU LET TALENTED DEVELOPERS TAKE A LITTLE TIME AND COOK SOMETHING UP!

EA and Bioware needed this to be a big one, and it seems they delivered.

Maybe Activision can take this approach with...cough..cough. nevermind.

Sony does this all the time when then publish games from indies to AAA, and they are al...

Considering Dragon Age isn't really a MP experience, just a little coop is a nice little bonus. Its not supposed to be a huge part of the game.
