Just rolled on the Chest Engram 7 times I got every piece of exotic chest armors EXCEPT for Heart of Praxis fire.
Bungie, FFS, fix some of the dupes. Its raging bull shit.
You know,
It would be interesting if Konami took Castlevania in the direction that Simon's Quest took.
Think...An open world Transylvania with towns and villages tasked with resurrecting Dracula to destroy him.
The issue would be with the gameplay of course, but in theory, it could be very cool.
This, right here.
Souls games really are the closest thing to a 3D Castlevania (the old NES ones) that we have ever had.
Well, we have had the conversation twice now (with Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2). "Will the new one be easier?"
They really haven't been. So, I have no reason to doubt that this will be as hard as the Souls games.
Slinky,
(1) They aren't completely random because you can vet someones gear before they are invited to your team. (IE...Ghorn users only...glowhoo...etc...No squakers...)
(2) At the very least there is more EFFORT posting on a third party site. It makes the barrier for entry higher...even if just a bit.
Lameguy,
One guy being able to solo Hard mode does not speak for the entire community. To this day, teams struggle to beat Crota on H...
Would you really want your raid team to be totally random? At least on DestinyLFG people put in the effort to make a post and find a team. SOME effort.
Hard weeklys are great though. NO need to bring the calvery for those.
Nightfalls and raids can stay non-matchmaking.
I'm new to monster hunter, and I am really enjoying it. That said, I can see how its really not for everyone.
If you want easy CRUCIBLE comendations. Join one of the three factions: Dead Orbit, Future War Cult, or New Monarchy. Once you level them up to 3 and higher, you get a crucible commendation. The things you do for vanguard (strikes, nightfall...etc) will level up your faction of choice.
You still need crucible MARKS to buy anything from them. And you still need rank 3 in crucible to buy weapons from them, but at least once you hit rank 3 in crucible, you don't need t...
VATS was IMO a clever way to get over terrible shooting mechanics.
Which is fine. I don't play Fallout for gunplay.
They really aren't comparable games.
One is an First person RPG, the other is an open world sandbox.
The whole America 40s/50s thing is really an important part of the Fallout universe.
Not saying it shouldn't be done, but its more of a significant shift in the game than merely a "new location!"
There does seem to be a inordinate amount of "hate" towards this game, and it is not even out yet.
I think the corridor TPS is just too 2007. But the game is probably good at what it does.
Alpha Protocol has some fantastic ideas in its conversation and story progression due to choices. I really enjoyed my time with it.
A spy rpg can be done with amazing results if handled correctly.
Alicia - Valkeria Chronicles
Emily - Deadly Premonition
Lara Croft - Because...Lara Croft
Marth - Fire Emblem Awakening
No Red Dead?!
Links Awakening should be higher!
Here is what I think is happening.
Publishers and developers can't keep costs low enough to warrant a 60 dollar price tag, but NO ONE is ready to break from that model.
They use DLC to make up the difference.
This, of course, is just part of the picture. The other is the mobile gaming market that has shown that microtransaction can be exceedingly lucrative.
So they are trying ot have their cake and eat it to.
Well, it WAS great when they were full on expansions.
Now, they are easy cash grabs.
That c stick is enticing.
But if I can play Majoras mask and Monster hunter without it....Then Ill wait to see how it develops.
Wow, kinda shocked that this is a thing.
Regardless, they are very cool games a worth a playthrough if you like point and click games.
