@dcbronco the Xbox one x didn't release 3 years ago. The Xbox One did, and I can assure you that a 980 is still far more powerful.
In 3 years from now, a 1080(ti) or Vega card will still be far more powerful than an Xbox one x.
That's not to say everyone should get a PC. Consoles have advantages too. I just don't see your argument that PC hardware somehow degrades or stops working after 3 years.
They don't owe you anything :-/
First, second, and two? I know the South Park RPGs aren't overly heavy on numbers, but you should probably stick to a ghostly shade of white :p
Blimey, you sure triggered him.
Horizontal. The cabinet it is in is quite open at the back anyway, but the Pro needs airflow.
I don't have Destiny 2 though, so I've no idea how hard the poor thing works to run it.
Yup, always pre-order. "No crashes" is a pre-order bonus I would regret missing out on.
Hmm I should probably keep quiet. Someone at Activision may actually think that's a good idea.
Was gonna say, it could just be over heating on people that have it enclosed. My Pro can get very loud, but there are very few games that actually push it to do so. Horizon for example (arguably the best looking game on the system) is fine.
Though if it was a problem with the way it pushed the system it would have shown up in beta, so it may be nothing of the sort.
Well it has to be. I mean it wouldn't really make sense for a 'final' fantasy to have a sequel, would it?
Wait a minute....
Mario is rotund and basic because when the character was first introduced he needed to be drawn and animated with 2 colours.
Mario wears red and blue, because those colours contrast well against each other and against most basic background colours, because Mario was "coloured in" with an extremely limited colour palette.
That is the extent of Mario's "back story". It's amazing he's still going really.
@stuna the headphones start at "the free ones you get on long haul flights". It works on any stereo headsets.
But now that you ask, yes i do actually have 2 Dolby Atmos home theatre systems in my house. I'll be running the PC version of FFXV through one of them :)
Multiplayer isn't poorly coded. In fact they do a marvelous job of ensuring the average player won't have a terrible experience even on a bad connection.
Multiplayer is peer to peer, and that's a piss poor basis for a competitive fps. Activision stink and destiny multiplayer sucks, but don't blame the coders... They've made the most if a bad situation.
It's a monumental improvement over the PC version of the first game...
Tribute/homage. This came before the wipeout remaster, and the devs said they were copying wipeout and f-zero because they loved those games. Not much wrong with that.
Really impressed by this. Not only is it really well optimised, but you can also turn off all the crap like film grain and motion blur.
No way i can play a console version after sampling the PC beta. Which is a shame as I've already got the console version paid for... Lol :(
"Halo experiences" could be a far cry from a "Halo game". I wouldn't be surprised if you look around the bridge of a ship and/or have a chat with Cortana.
Hopefully MS have some plans to bring big games to VR for PC and console, but don't hold your breath just yet...
They've been saying for ages that they believe that PC is the best place for VR while the tech is in its infancy.
Ah haaaa. I came for the "hilarious" commercial and was disappointed, but I have to say you rescued the situation with that comment. I am satisfied.
Ha. Combat and controls were certainly not much fun in the first, but it was still a really good game. At least it was at the time.
