Who is this Dark Sniper that you speak of?
So one woman's rant entitles you to go off on a rant against women, liberals, feminists and people with mental health issues? Imo, the actions of one person should not be used as an excuse to criticize billions of people just because of their gender, political affiliations and mental health status.
Dude, please calm down. Your posts are like bat wings beating against my ear drums.
This game was delayed because it needs more development time - nothing wrong with that. If you believe the 'crowded holiday' excuse, then must be, imo, gullible. Xbox has several good exclusives coming out during the holidays (Halo, Forza, Tomb Raider and Fable over the space of several months) but I wouldn't call it crowded. Imo, MS and Remedy are pr bs spinning the delay of this game and there's really no need for it.
The headline is only misleading if you don't bother to read the first sentence of the article.
If Project Morpheus is ever going to have a broad appeal, Sony has to be able to offer it at an affordable price and still produce a decent product. Imo, if it costs more than $200, its appeal will be limited.
Another BK game would be great but I'd prefer another Blast Corps and Jet Force Gemini.
Sports franchises are annualized because team personnel change from year to year. Because of this fact, it's not really possible for a developer to take two years to develop each iteration of the game.
@averagejoe26 Lol - thanks for pointing the spelling mistake out:)
1. Battlefield came out a week earlier than Bloodbourne.
2. If Amazon USA can be considered to be a good indicator of sales, Bloodbourne is selling extremely well and it is shifting a decent amount of PS4's: http://www.amazon.com/best-... (The standard console is currently at #6; the Bloodbourne bundle is currently at #15; and the game itself hasn't been out of the top 5...
My main problem with this article is that IGN published it before they published their final review of the game. Thank God Mr. Stapleton is not reviewing the game for them.
I really hope that DX12 helps the X1's performance however; I'm really getting tired of articles based on Brad Wardell's statements because these articles make it seem like he's sucking up to MS. Would not be surprised if Brad ends up as a MS employee.
Well, game delays may not be a good thing for the publisher but they're certainly a good thing for employees of the studio that is developing the game because a lot of employees are laid off after the game has been released. That said, release dates for games are just an estimate - they are always subject to change.
@toilet - "TLOU isn't a masterpiece though." That's your opinion. Apparently, as implied by your statement/opinion, people who think TLOU is a masterpiece can't think for themselves, especially if they don't agree with the all knowing and always correct Toiletsteak's opinion.
"He (Spencer) also further stated that developing first party games is critical for the Xbox One so a game like Sunet Overdrive is great to have on the console." Question - since Insomniac Games is not owned by Microsoft, can Sunset Overdrive be called a first party game? I thought an exclusive game was not necessarily the same thing as a first party game.
"That's why WE have Chris Charla and Phil Spencer on twitter." Are you an employee of MS? Just curious because it sounds, based on your statement, like you know Chris and Phil on a first name basis.
The people who can't wait fall in to 3 categories: 1. People who have to have something before the rest of us so they can brag about it; 2. People who have no patience; 3. People who are just plain stupid.
The Order released on Feb 20 - its sales numbers are for 8 days not the whole month.
Great game with fantastic game play mechanics for an action RPG. My only criticism is that the difficulty level, even when played on the hard difficulty level, was a little too forgiving. That said, I appreciated the fact that it was a single player game as I am not interested in MMOs. I rate it and 8.5/10.
How do you know it wasn't planned?
