Yeah, and that's the standard sku at $399 - not sure why except that there are a lot of people who want to buy this as a gift for Xmas aren't aware that there are some good bundles coming up Black Friday.

Not sure why the standard PS4 sku shot to #1 because there's no price cut and no bundled in games. Whatever the reason, it can only bode well for Sony.

The review was far from hateful. Did you read it? The reviewer praised the effort put into remastering the single player portion of the game and is obviously a big fan of the Halo Franchise. It's clear he downgraded the score due to online matchmaking problems. I'd buy this game based on his review, not because of the score he gave it but because of what he wrote about it.
MS had the edge for exclusives to its ecosystem (X1, X360, Windows) last holiday season and the same goes for this holiday season. However, Sony had the edge for exclusives to its ecosystem (PS4,PS3 and PSVita) between the Holidays with a steady stream of AAA and indie games. The author fails to acknowledge this fact. Neither X1 nor the PS4 have blown us away with a lot of first party exclusives - hardly a mind blowing fact since they've only been out a year. I purchased a PS4 at launc...
Not a Halo fan but, this remastered collection is a great deal. Btw, for those of you who think TLOUR was only a resolution bump, thing again. Frame rate was bumped from 30 to 60 and it included the Left Behind DLC for $49.99. That said, both remasters are great deals but I'd say the Halo Collection is the better of the two because it's content intensive.
Personally, I think that remasters are a good thing as long as they provide you with more than a resolution bum...
Imo, Watchdogs is actually a very good game and so is AC Black Flag. That said, I'm not touching this game until they fix the frame rate issues. If Ubisoft had had it's shit together, the day one patch would have fixed the problem.
I played Watch Dogs on PS4 and thought it was a very good game. I got 70 + hours of game play out of it - good bang for my my buck even though I paid full price for it. The game is worthwhile without the DLC and I recommend it to Wii U owners who like open world action games.
I don't understand. Pink background , yellow background , purple polka dot background, who the eff cares? Share play is a big deal. PS+ benefits are big deal. Different color backgrounds - not a big deal.

I find reviews to be a useful tool to use before I spend $60.00 on a AAA game. I read many reviews before deciding if I want to shell out my hard earned cash on a newly released game right away or to wait until it's discounted a few months later. I don't just look at the review scores, I actually read the reviews. That said, reading a lot of reviews at least gives you a way to weed out the real stinkers from the (depending on your taste) maybe to must buy games.

As long as Polygon is willing to downgrade its reviews for all online dependent games that have similar problems, I don't have a problem with them downgrading the review. But it remains to be seen, if they will bother to upgrade the review if Driveclub improves. Hopefully, they will have the integrity to do so.
So, when the server issues get resolved is Polygon going to revisit their review again? Imo, online dependent games should be given in progress reviews then updated as problems occur and are then, if ever, resolved. Polygon has set a precedent, if they don't treat all online dependent games in the same way, then they are obviously ethically challenged.

Infamous SS was a blast to play - played it through 4 times. Great graphics, great villain, good story and it wasn't effing broken when it released like AC Unity and TMCC. My only complaints - the story wasn't long enough and it wasn't as good as the first two franchise games. That said it was still worth the $60 I payed for it.
