Haha, hilarious, just hilarious.

I still think Sony is in such a state of flux that releasing something like a full on Playstation Phone is still a little while away. If it came out tomorrow, you'd be releasing it into a jungle of Sony products that still for the most part aren't connected to each other in a meaningful way. It'd be criticized as under supported, with a lack of games, probably "too expensive" and there'd be a ton of "Is Sony killing the Vita with th...
I honestly have no idea if this is true or not, maybe it has to do with royalty checks? From what I've heard, any WWE superstar whose likeness is used in the games gets a pretty nice chunk of change, even if they aren't on a top star level.
So perhaps THQ doesn't want to bother writing paychecks for FCW guys or guys who never see the light of day on TV and are content with giving the active CAW community the moves, attire and mannerisms needed to create those guy...
Looks like a real love it or hate it type of game. I'm not counting the Destructoid review, everyone else seems disappointed/mixed to pretty satisfied.
It seems like the reviews who were most harsh were expecting the type of refined FPS experience we are getting late in this generation's console life cycle on the Vita's first shot at a FPS while the more positive reviews have acknowledged that this is uncharted territory for a portable and that this is just the f...
Just a different color, who cares. This version of the PSP already existed. The black version must be selling somewhat decently for them to even bother releasing it in another color. Besides this is what Sony has always done, kept supporting and releasing older versions of their hardware even when the new stuff hits, nothing wrong with that.
Well, Sony did set a precedent with the MLB the Show $20 discount. Hopefully other third party studios do the same.
Yeah, I'm admittingly a "new age" FF fan, the first one I ever played was IX, then I went back to VII and VIII and Tactics. I still remember getting X and just playing it non-stop. I really enjoyed the story, the characters, the visuals and the battle system. I'll definitely grab the remake for the Vita, as at this point I prefer RPGs on a handheld, which made my PSP a great system.
I haven't personally bought any HD remakes (or upgrades I suppose), although FFXHD will buck that trend, but I don't think these collections are hurting anything or anyone. The writer is complaining that these collections will hold back the evolution of games, but at the same time, names numerous new franchises and fresh experiences that have been made available to us.
Plus, these collections have come at the back end of this generation's cycle, its not like thes...
You can't deny the appeal of having the actual product though, especially for those of us who have a collector's soul. I'm looking at my rack of games right now and they all look so purdy.
Hopefully we're never forced to digital only. Seriously, with all of the big companies bitching about how much data we consume and looking for ways to get us to pay more for it, could you imagine if we had to start downloading full retail games on a regular basis through our consoles? Or, even worse, if consoles added network support and we had to deal with a data plan through Verizon or ATT? I for one will never get tired of going to the store and buying a new game.
Glad to see they like it, but I call shenanigans on the reviewer being "a big Resistance fan" considering he didn't know why there was no regenerating health in R3.
Ya, looks like the obviously filmed this all at once (either that or these guys never change clothes, lol), so unfortunately some of this talk is dated.
1) Nothing wrong with price cuts, cheaper entry points for consumers is always a good thing.
2) Way to ignore the "game list" that the Xbox owner made in this comment section. PS3 gamers tend to make the list because there are still people who act like PS3 has no games.
3) Voice commands are neat I suppose, but is pressing a button and having an immediate response any worse than saying "Xbox...(insert command)? Its cool and futuristic in a way ...
I think a lot of people are forgetting about the PSN outage and tsunami in Japan as affecting PS business. The PSN outage is partly Sony's fault, but you can't blame losses due to an act of nature on the company.
Ah give it two months and it'll be selling for 99.99 at Best Buy, lol.
Pachter already told us what MS has in store for the masses, new Live services with little focus on games.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reported that the Revolution campaign is indeed a way to promote the next WWE game and as a former subscriber to their elite section, I can tell you that he is spot on 99% of the time.

In speaking to a few people today, I was able to confirm that the WWE online "Revolution" campaign that has been promoted on their website via articles and videos is not leading to the debut of a new c...
Did Sony sell like four million PS2s this past fiscal year?
Companies can win E3 by getting the positive spin from the press, thus influencing the type of articles written in the aftermath of the show, thus influencing what everyone who doesn't watch E3 first hand thinks. If Nintendo blows everyone away at E3 with WiiU, there will be articles written about this great new console from the same people that brought you the Wii! If MS turns Kinect into the Siri of gaming, articles will be written about how MS has revolutionized gaming forever. If Sony...
I've been sitting on a $50 PSN card waiting for Sony to pull out some big guns for PS+ at E3, looks like the wait will be worth it.
