different strokes for different folks as they say. I understand comments about weight usually only go in one direction when it comes to women, but I do think its unfair to make comments like "curvy/thick women are 'real' women".
Does that mean a thin chick is a fake woman? Sometimes you can't fight genetics. I love Lights and Alexz Johnson, and get crap from some friends who say they are too skinny to be considered hot. It's like well, that's yo...

Hey Jim, if consoles are just worthless low end PCs that aren't worth your time, then why are you wasting your time talking about worthless low end PCs? What will your next rant be about? "Compaq computers suck, here's why"?
"Former PlayStation boss, now entire Sony CEO Kaz Hirai sticks to what he said before the PS3 was released. “I always said the PS3 would have a ten-year lifecycle and I meant it!” This means we shouldn’t expect a new console from Sony until at least 2016, considering the PS3 came out in 2006. "
Wow, dumb.
I wonder if buying Gaiki could be a precursor to a PSTV? A streaming only box that offers all of the evolving streaming services (Netflix/MLBtv/Amazon/MusicUnl imited etc), with access to the PlayStation Store so that you can play PSone, PS2, minis and other PSN games as well have access to Gaikai.
I'm not sure if/how PS3 games could be implemented into it, perhaps that where Gaikai comes in. That is where a PS system with no disc drive could make sense. I don't envi...
"This spring, for the first time, subscribers to Xbox’s Live online service in the U.S. spent more time consuming video and music than multiplayer games."
MS: Mission Accomplished
Hey, remember when Sony was criticized for "just using the PS3 as a trojan horse for Blu-Ray" and people liked to say "lol, people don't even play games on PS3, its just a cheap Blu-Ray player for all the people I know haha"? How times change.
Lol, things tend to move very slowly in a corporation. Someone can't just wake up on a whim and say, "yeah let's drop the price of Vita games by 10 bucks" and have it happen at the drop of dime.
True linearity is needed to effectively tell a compelling story. Having an open world in a game like an Uncharted would make no sense, since you are in races against "the bad guys" to get point X most of the time. It would be pointless if say in UC2, that a map would open up the world at one point and Drake had to beat Lazaravic to some area but instead you were able to choose to go on a sidequest treasure hunt on the otherside of the country or fly to another part of the world.
Moral of the article:
LESS GAMES RELEASED, MORE SALES = BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR GAMERS
Oh wait.
Lol, finally an article we can all agree on.
If Apple ever releases a true iTV or Apple TV, whatever you want to call it, watch it have 3D and everyone in the media will jump on the 3D bandwagon. Throw an Apple logo on the 3D glasses and people will start wearing them as a fashion statement.
It sounds like they're just going to expand on what everyone didn't like in the first place, so I don't see everyone really being satisfied. They'll just come up with a way to explain how all the different races managed to get back to their part of the universe in some asinine fashion and everyone will still be annoyed. I'm really just interested in seeing how they are going to explain Joker high tailing it from Earth, lol.
How incredibly dense is the gaming media? The 360 launches a year earlier than the PS3, thus "duh why you ps3 no have total sales more than 360?".
The 3DS launches a year earlier than the Vita, endures a rough year, and is finally starting to hit its stride a little over a year in and yet everyone is comparing the Vita just months into its lifespan to the year old 3DS. Just mind boggling.
Already sold my copy on Ebay, looks like I'll have to settle for some Youtube viewing.
If they're only charging 10 bucks less than the console version, then yes, it should include damn near everything that is included in the console version.

It's really comparing Apples (no pun intended) to Oranges. Sure, much like Sony with the PS3, Apple released their first tablet after other companies had released their first attempts, and they released it at a premium price. But the difference is that Apple could get away with that, where as Sony can't. Sony waiting a year and releasing at a price $200 higher than the 360 is why MS has their lead today.
That's not happening with the MS tablet vs the iPad. Apple i...
I think the portrayal of women had begun to slightly improve this generation, but the recent Tomb Raider, Lollipop Chainsaw and Hitman trailer controversies all coming at us at once has caused us to forget that. Whether it was a token gesture or not, BioWare made an attempt to give the female Shepard more of a focus. One of the most refreshing games this generation, Uncharted, had a strong female lead in Elena and supporting character in Chloe. Also keep in mind, we are getting our first fema...
Jesus H, ND said it wasn't scripted, we had written articles about the behind closed doors demo that showed alternate routes, and a guy who has no horse in the race, Kojima, said that it wasn't scripted.
Put it away.
I think Microsoft won this generation, going from afterthought to changing the way the average persons approach what they want out of a console. They managed to push their agenda and force Sony and Nintendo to adapt and respond to their gameplan.
It's clear that MS views the games as a necessary part of the Xbox entertainment experience, but its only an aspect of it. Kind of like how smartphones still make phone calls even though that "feature" feels like an aft...
