Those "garbage" games for 360 must worry the hell out of you because you post your garbage in nearly every 360 forum. As I've said before, there can be only 2 reasons for a delusional PS3 fanboy like you to post in Forza threads:
1) You are very intrigued by Forza 3
2) You are scared of Forza 3
Why else would you be here? Do you feel that the PS3's lineup is unable to stand on it's own merits - so you have to try to insult the 360's lineup in a...
Like it really matters anyway what some poll says. Vote Forza, get a free Forza car - so what? I'm a Forza fan, but if someone offered me something free to vote for GT5, I'd do that in a minute too. This is as meaningless as the numerous blogs asking "who won E3?".
Read some reviews of Forza 2 on any reputable site (or find someone who can read to read it to you), and you'll realize how stupid your comments are.
Not to mention if Sony drops the PS3's price, ALL other blu-ray manufacturers will have to drop their prices as well, otherwise the PS3, at $300, will take away a big portion of the stand-alone blu-ray market since most players currently sell for $250-$300. Samsung, Toshiba, Sylvania, LG, etc. would have to lower their prices as well if Sony drops the PS3's price. Sony has to consider all of these other blu-ray manufacturers' financial situations, and whether the entire blu-ray market is re...

Find me a Need for Speed game with 35+ tracks (100+ for Forza 3), 300+ (400+ for Forza 3) FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE & UPGRADABLE cars (tires, suspension, gear ratios, intake, exhaust, etc.) and full car detailing, not to mention a 100+ hour career mode.
Your ignorant statement makes it seem like you have never played any Need for Speed or Forza game
@4.2 & 4.3
Since the day it was first released, the Forza series has been the highest rated console racing/driving sim available. Forza 1 is rated higher than Gran Turismo 4, and Forza 2 is rated higher than GT5P.
Any talk of Forza games somehow being inferior in terms of quality by being "rushed" is baseless - there is NO evidence to support such a statement. As far as sales go, of course the GT series has sold more copies over the years - parts ...
My point is simple - in the 5 years that Forza has existed, it has been the highest rated console driving sim (against very strong competition).
I do not question GT1 and GT2's quality. If it weren't for the high quality of those games, we might not even be talking about GT5 and Forza 3 today.
So I guess sales equal quality.
FACT - Forza 1 and Forza 2 90+ Metacritic.
Both Forza games are 90 or higher rated on Metacritic. You have to go back to 2001 to find a 90+ Gran Turismo game.
The "biggest announcement" is just a matter of opinion anyways. To me, MS's biggest announcement was the sooner than expected release date of Forza 3, accompanied by the amazing gameplay demo.
Good to see you fired up about Agent - nothing wrong with that. But you have to remember, 360 fans are just as excited about their games, regardless of what a PS3 fans' opinion of the 360 games may be.
It's a tie. However, I'd give Sony a sympathy point for forcing it's president to mention "Hannah Montana" and use the phrase "teen and tween girls" during his PSP presentation.
@cyrax87
You downplay the MS games that you knew were coming. What about the PS3 games?
God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, MAG - we knew all those were coming too.
You say MS's biggest announcement was a multi-platform game. Sony's biggest PS3 announcement was Final Fantasy 14 - also multi-platform.
EDIT:I wasn't referring to PC - FF14 was announced for 360 the next day.
I've always disliked the points system to buy content. Imagine if you went to Gamestop to buy a $60 game, and you were told that you had to buy "Gamestop points", which were sold $100 at a time, and then use that to pay. That is how these points systems really work. Sure, you can use the rest of the points to buy other content, but you are screwed if you want just one game or Guitar Hero song.
Bravo to Microsoft for changing the system - let's hope Nintendo & S...
@11.4
What about Sony's biggest announcement this year - Final Fantasy 14 being "exclusive"?
@2.7
Since when is the PSP high definition? Is 320x240 now considered HD?
@1.14
Typical - every Sony exclusive is a Game of the Year contender while you nitpick every 360 exclusive.
You mention all the PS3 titles by name only with no commentary about any individual game's strengths or weaknesses. Yet your 360 paragraph is 3 times as long as you somehow manage to find fault with every game.
@1.20
The first two games mentioned in the Sony conference were multi-platform games. Not to mention the Assassins's Creed 2 demo at the Sony conference.
Alan Wake, Forza 3, Splinter Cell, Left 4 Dead 2 - yeah, those are all Halo.
I'm thinking the same thing. Always require disc 1 in the drive, but allow the game to read data from both the actual disc as well as the installed data. This process would seemingly double the 360's storage.
I was referring to XXXRATED's comment.
@1.10
"They're scared of Gran Turismo 5.
Anyone who talks this much crap instead of focusing on their game must be scared of competition. "
Take a look at some Forza 3 threads, and see how many PS3 fanboys talk crap about Forza - especially CaseyRybackCPO. I guess there are a LOT of Gran Turismo fans that are scared of the competition as well.
EDIT - nobody here has any control over Turn 10 or PD. We all do have control o...
