Pros and cons. I think the darker hand in the shade is a little more accurate. Keep in mind that she's Asian and your skin tends to look a lot whiter in direct sunlight as opposed to the shade. You have the right to disagree, but I don't understand your logic. It doesn't matter if it's 2-5 or 36, it's still an advantage over any person playing a single account. Let's say his chain lightning hits for as low as 700 damage to any surrounding enemies aside from his target, which hits for a lot more. Now let's multiply that by 36. That's 25200 damage. That's a killing blow to most classes. It's overkill. He can do at least that amount of damage every 6 seconds, not to mention chain heal...

Multi-boxing on MMOs gives a significant advantage to those who do it, specifically in PvP, where a multi-boxer can literally kill someone with one spell that just so happens to be multiplied, in this case, by 36. The violence in this game seems very promising. I'm tired of how they sugar-coat the violence in war games. War isn't pretty and this game clearly demonstrates that.
