That's why people try so hard to be offended these days lol.
Lol look man, I'm not even going to bother anymore with you. Here's my final comment:
"Because your comment is in reference to Halo4's which is commenting on Sony's lack of originality, therefore you are either directly or indirectly standing for Sony by telling your audience Microsoft's lack of originality?"
Wrong. I was merely stating that saying that "Microsoft doesn't do this" is a lie. It has nothing to do with...
Arnon, I don't give a damn about Sony, and I'm actually rather confused that you mentioned the company at all. I was just pointing out the stupidity of the statement made by Halo4.
As for Kinect and Wii Sports - I've played both. I played Kinect Sports for a number of hours at Rare, whilst I was waiting for my interview. Wii Sports I play at my cousin's place. They're the same game, just using a different device, which is why there wasn't a learning cu...
Yeah, Microsoft never copies Nintendo's games. If they do, at least they're being discrete about it!
@darthv72
Sony and Nintendo own different segments of the market. Playstation All Stars isn't made as a system seller, but as a replacement for SSB for those that don't have a Nintendo Console. I don't think they need anything that makes it different, it just needs to be just as good.
Morgan, there's two different videos of Watch Dogs, each is slightly different - it's gameplay.
We'll see. At least this rumour is a lot more believable than the others that have come along, but notice how the specs are always changing for each rumour. I'd say take any rumour with a big bag of salt, and disregard any rumours that claim an anti-used game policy, or more than 4GB of RAM.
I'm still not confident the Ps4 will use an AMD processor..
@The article author
If the developer of the game says something about the game, that particular thing was confirmed, not claimed. Claimed is when someone outside the company says something about the game. To say otherwise is delusional. Developers don't lie for two reasons - public image and legal concerns. And why would they?
You're mixing up art style with technicality. Technically, Gears of War could run on the Uncharted engine, and Uncharted could run on the Frostbite 2 engine without the player noticing the difference.
These are AI behaviours, not scripts. They're hardcoded in a non-scripting language, thus they're not scripted.. Technically.
You could say that it's still "scripted" though, but then you'd have to say everything in a game is scripted, from game states to movement ;).
Technically that's not true. They don't choose scripted events - they pick pre-defined behaviours, which are usually hard-coded (thus: not scripted) for performance concerns.
It looked that way because it's being built as a next-gen game, something that can currently only run on high end computers. I would be willing to bet it's in development for Ps4 and Xbox 720, and the PS3 and Xbox 360 will get dumbed down versions of the game, much like what happened when Ps3 and 360 launched.
Lol I think you should watch that level again. It's miles ahead of what Force Unleashed 2 did.
A demo/trail does not make a game free to play.
As long as they can't show any convincing use of the controller, it's a gimmick. (of course, that's my opinion, and you're free to have your own ;) )

The controller is a gimmick from everything I've seen so far. Can't help it, that's my opinion.
Motion controls are still gimmicks as well, unless you play dancing games a lot.
I actually agree.. The characters should be representative of the Playstation name. Bioshock's characters are not, and don't belong in this game if you ask me. (This doesn't mean third party characters shouldn't be in there, but they should _represent_ the Playstation brand, like Metal Gear Solid and Ratchet & Clank do).
Just bought Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2. The first takes an insane amount of hard drive space, so I've been spending my day making space and removing things I didn't need anymore. Looking forward to get started.
Good to see Dragon Age 2 in a positive light for once. I always hear fans complaining about it, and tell everyone how EA supposedly ruined the franchise.
I can't say that I'm impressed. They have a lot more convincing to do before I would even consider getting the Wii-U, as the whole concept that it's built around seems like a gimmick at best. All the features shown will either not be used in practice, or won't add anything positive to the experience in practice.
The thing that I liked most in this video was the idea of the controller serving as your remote control.
This rumour doesn't make much sense. The Xenos is quite a bit stronger than the RSX, and the Cell is quite a bit stronger than the Xenon. In other words, due to differences in architecture, the CPU's in Ps3 and 360 aren't really on the same level, and neither are the GPU's, so how can it be half times stronger than the 360 AND the Ps3 GPU?
