I bought a pair of the amFilm screen protectors, and they are great! Do recommend to all Switch owners.
Unfortunately, I don't think Nintendo is going to give thanks to any of us who supported them last gen, which is a shame really.
Because fuck low income people, right?
The US is going to need to improve its infrastructure to keep up with connected technological advances. I'm sure ISPs aren't very happy about 4k streaming as it is. It does, however, always seem like there is some quality lost, even with HD streaming.
And most people also have budgets lol.
Your parents bought you a $7000 TV? Damn dude.
The 3DS has plenty of good 3rd party games. As long as the Switch sells well, I don't see it being any different.
He did say the last decade though. GCN wasn't relevant by 2007, as awesome as it was. The small library and lack of media functions didn't really do Nintendo any favors going forwards though.
Having kids makes owning anything difficult lol.
Yeah, but the entire device is about the size of my phone in its case. It weighs less than a pound. It hardly uses any power. For what it is, it's a pretty incredible piece of technology.
That's probably about all that was shipped there. The launch shipment was less than 2 million worldwide. Not really alot.
Nintendo's NA voice acting sucks. They tend to go in house to reduce costs, but that's a Nintendo of America decision. I wish they'd let us choose original language with subtitles.
I do hope they streamline the game a bit, and remove much of the hand-holding. Also, you can tell where the game was limited by hardware, like loading screens when hopping on your loftwing and entering the sky. Making that seamless and loading the entire area at once would add greatly to the game. A director's cut, per se, of the game would be a great release for the Switch. People would still complain about the controls though, as you'd be limited to TV mode or using a stand.
As a gamer, there are some truly fantastic games you missed on the 3DS then. Although I guess I also prefer to game on a smaller monitor, closer to the screen. Never liked large TVs, especially for gaming.
When Witcher 3 first launched, in places the frame-rate stuttering was so bad that it actually made me nauseous. Still a fantastic game, and was vastly improved upon after launch. People don't really care about occasional dips, as unless it's constant, it's not going to really ruin the gaming experience for you.
I imagine that, like the Wii U, a good chunk of manufacturing costs went into the controllers again. The joycons are quite amazing little devices housing new technology from Nintendo, but again, like the Wii U, most consumers aren't going to give a crap about it unless it's utilized properly.
The Adreno 418 in that phone is nowhere close to the standard X1, let alone whatever improvements have been made to the chip in the Switch. Smart phones have the functionality of a computer, but the Switch isn't a smart phone, it's a gaming device.
You don't think they're checking, but at the same time, it's obvious they checked and are overpaying for parts on purpose as a favor, reducing their potential profits significantly?
Man, how are you going to say in one post that it's a great deal for the money, and then about five posts up, say it's not good enough to warrant a purchase before a revision? Make up your damn mind lol.
If you're going to do that, at least buy a damn copy of the game. it's one of the greatest games ever made and Nintendo definitely deserves to be reimbursed for the amount of work and money that went into it. Maybe I'm getting old, but piracy just isn't really cool to me anymore.
