They have to develop new emulation software to use for the Switch. It's a different architecture from their prior consoles with VC, which also both didn't have that feature until about six months in. On a PC, you download an emulator, any particular rom, whatever, and there's a good chance that you'll run into some kind of audio or visual glitch/discrepancy somewhere in the game, as it's never perfect. Nintendo, I believe, has to tweak all of it for every single game relea...
It's not like the sprite graphics are any better on PS4. How is a portable option, with all content included not the best version of the game?
It's a spiritual sequel to one of the greatest games of all time (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night), being produced by the same producer of said game. There are very high expectations for this.

These are fantastic screen protectors for the Switch, and I've had very pleasant experiences with their customer service. Highly recommend these. I hope you enjoy your new console, and may there be many games to enjoy :D
Prove it >_>
And what user/critic ratings or personal experience with the game have you derived this conclusion from again?
I have begged the video game gods for this.
Pretty sure the Switch has been the number 1 selling console every week since its release though, right? It's doing pretty well so far actually.
I'd like to see someone find out who those kids are, and send the video/audio to their parents. Now that would be satisfying.
That's completely understandable. There are however, fantastic Wii U games that deserve another chance on the Switch, which is looking to be a much higher selling console.
I've seen it, and I'm pretty sure the plastic snaps into her eyeball in that video.
You don't know what you're talking about. In terms of software sales, Pokemon is the second best-selling game franchise of all time, having sold over 295.44 million software units as of 2017, behind only Mario.
It means that the hardware is more appealing to consumers than the Wii U was. Mario Kart 8 was one of the best selling titles on that console. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a very good game, and arguably the best entry in a very beloved franchise. I'm not sure how that is so unbelievable.
Nintendo doubled their second production from 8 to 16 million.
That's honestly probably the only thing that could make me want to buy another entry from the series. I swore off CoD after playing Ghosts. God, that game was awful.
Last Story was awesome. It's a shame no one played it :/
I would highly recommend the glass screen protector on Amazon. Cheap, works great, you get a pack of 2. Easy to put on.
I own a 3DS, and that's not even in a league with smart phones on a technical level. People invest in a console because they are interested in the games. Portable Nintendo consoles always end up with amazing libraries.
I'm wondering if they wouldn't want to make a different type of game altogether. They've made 5 games in the last decade that are very similar. I'd guess they want to extend their creativity in a different direction.
Mostly been using mine for BC and Overwatch lately.
