Europe only? I'm fairly certain I'm in the HOME Beta, and also sure I live in Virginia. They need to get their facts straightened out.
I agree; there's a thread over in the Forum section if people want to use it as a jumping point to start organizing.

I have the 60 gig, and had to delete some stuff to make room for the Folklore Demo (why did I still have the F1 demo on there?). I agree, either make space, or just get a larger hard drive. I intend to do the latter eventually, but for now, I'm content with just manipulating and migrating things.
Can't wait for the game to ship. Just watching them having fun was enough to make me smile, especially toward the end. It really does appear that the tool set will give you the freedom to design most anything you'd need. And with the ability to bring in your own textures, the possibilities increase 10-fold.
Don't forget, they're building their own engine from scratch. Once that's done and the game's finished, it won't take the same amount of time from then on to create new games. First step's the hard one, unless you want to take the easy route and license the Unreal Engine or something so you can get you product out there cheaply and easily.
You can view the manual online. I'm really tempted to get this thing, given how nice it looks and all, but am slightly "meh" about infrared tech and its line-of-sight requirements. Definitely have to think about it, or see if something is available from someone else. Then again, the only other wireless option is using Blue-tooth, and who wants to have to register the device every time. Synching a controller just takes the press of a button, but other devices (or at lest mics) re...
IGN UK, to be specific. Bet you it's still a fun game though. Pretty sure that's what matters, but I may be mistaken. If I recall correctly, IGN also ran God Hand into the ground, and that's one of my top 5 favorite PS2 games.
Lol, maybe Snake has an MP3 player in game.
:P
Fortunately, I don't get addicted to games easily. I will say this though: Medievel: Total War was the first RTS that I ever played. It was also the last, because I started skipping classes in college playing it :-\. As for now, the only games I'd consider addicting are Lumines Plus (don't own a PSP) and MTV Music Generator, just because music never gets old. And Warhawk, judging by the beta, will be non-stop "just one more round" kind of stuff.
yeah, that kind of put me off at first, but it doubles as a charging station. That's acceptable enough in my yes. I still think it was a huge mistake not putting any USB port on the back though. I would say that I can't tolerate anything sticking permantenly out of the front of it, but I have two flash drives that just sit plugged in at all times anyways, so I'd be lying. But continuing with the theme of wireless, but never needing batteries? I won't knock them too hard for that.
There is a PS2 section. You have to go the the "More" tab at the top of the page; far right.
This is a PS2 game for the PS2 Eye Toy. Why is it in the PS3 section?
That's cool and all; now we just have to wait and see what quality of service it'll have. My Tivo sits about six inches away from my PS3, and I'm not getting rid of it for just any ole DVR wannabe. There was rumoring that PS3 might use the Tivo service, which if true, equals and easy "sold" for me.
And if it lets me record in hi-def... no more waiting for the series 3 to drop in price :-) I'd definitely be increassing the hard-drive space though. If it'll let me r...
Yeah, I thought Universal was strongly entrenched into HD-DVD. It would be great if they went both ways though, because Universal is the one studio who's lack of support affects me. Not because of their movies, mind you, but because NBC is Universal. I want HEROES.
I think life would be a lot easier if so many people weren't so concerned on waiting to hear someone else's opinion on a game. I know you can't necessarily know what a game's about or how it plays until you've loaded it into a system yourself, but I take pride in the fact that I typically come to a conclusion about a game on my own accord; be it from trusting the developer, or previews into what the game's about. The actual final review is typically the least useful piece of info for me, as...
I agree, more than worth it if it includes the camera's cost. And maybe it'll turn me onto the card-collecting game genre (hopefully not; I have an addictive personality, and the last thing I need is something like this becoming fun. There's a reason I don't play RTSs anymore...).
No, it doesn't. Those are just there stylisticly for the pictures.
I'm looking forward to Die Hard.
That makes a little more sense then, but barely. I couldn't help but think that if this $150 million number is true, that it's a silly deal. I know that's a lot of money in general, but this is the entertainment industry we're talking about; a billion dolar industry. Single movies can take in that much in a week or two of theatrical run, so I can't imagine that's all it would take to garner any kind of exclusive support in a format war. At least, not for any extended period of time. Then...
There's no need to tell someone to leave the site just because they have a differing opinion. Granted, there's no need to bring up the other games he did, as I think one would probably get more playtime and enjoyability from Warhawk than Bioshock (and better value), but that's just an opinion. He wasn't actively criticizing the game in any way. I think both sides need to better differentiate assertion from assault and not take everything personally.
But also, there's no real...
