Agreed. I gotta be honest... for all the talk I hear about the PS3's great media support, I sure get a lot of "unsupported format" errors when trying to play stuff from my video library. Thank goodness for server-side transcoding.

It is only *required* that it be connected once to activate. The fact of the matter is that most Xbones *will* be perpetually connected to the net. Of course, *you* know that, but want to pretend that "most will not be online."

1) Nobody has any PS4s or Xbones "in stock."
2) PS4 is currently sold out of its launch day allotment. They are still taking orders for future stock/allotments after release.
3) Xbone launch day allotment (the only available model to preorder) is still currently available for pre-order.

The cloud is not "dedicated servers for all games." It is an *option* for dedicated servers. Devs/pubs still have to opt to take advantage of it and pay for it (it's not free).
I've seen a number of posters claim that the Xbone will have dedicated servers for "all games," and there is nothing to support that claim.
So now the Xbone doesn't connect to the internet? Man, hard to keep up with these changes.

I'd say it looks like a pretty good bet that it will come to PS4. Specific mention of Xbone/360/PC "at launch," specific dodging/parsing of "all we're talking about now..." (*classic* PR dodge).
I'm glad it's not a forced bundle, but I'm very interested to see what their new camera can do. They've barely said a peep about it. It'll be too funny if it can do all the "Minority Report" stuff, and then we can see all the "Bu... bu... but... Kinect can read your heart rate!"
