You know what the indie devs are much more important than the big publishers.
If you want the games industry to move forwards and not stagnate then indie devs are that shining light.
EA, Activision, Ubisoft all want to stagnate the market with their franchises year after year. The indies are the creative force in the gaming industry and I hope it continues.
Have the indie developers learned nothing from the Xbox360 and MS policies?
Just do the initial release on PC and then PS4 which is the easier of the 2 to get onto. If MS wants the game after that they better change their policies or start begging :)
I'm sick and tired of MS trying to control everything and bulldoze their way into profits. I hope Sony do so well that they control the big publishers this time around instead of MS.

Why didn't they just stick with the Xbox360 UI and improve that?
This MetroUI from their OS and mobile phones is really crappy. It's the reason why Windows 8 and their phones don't sell very well.
Stick with what you know MS and don't try to force your new vision on your previous customers that are used to a better UI from the last console.
MS really do need a major shake up and get people in who know what they are doing and ...

Xbone only have Forza 5 and Ryse and both a riddled with micro transactions.
Fixing bugs on PC doesn't get them any money. Simple as that.
They've had one developer on PC for ages but I think there's 2 devs working on it now. That's how important PC version is for Undead Labs.
No one gives a crap about launch lines ups it's what comes next that matters.
Sony has a stellar line up for the next few years and MS will just buy more timed exclusive DLCs :)
Or too hot to handle all those games at 720p :P

All they wanted to do was stop used game sales so they could create a monopoly on pricing on their store. I mean if it was digital only where else would you buy the games and what choice would you have to accept their prices if you wanted to play Xbone games? None, that's what. None at ...

@Mister_Dawg I'd be more worried about Xbone to keep the momentum going unlike the x360 which ran out of exclusives for the last 3 years or more.
Sony has worldwide studios developing exclusives games for the lifetime of the PS4.

I don't expect the xbone to do what the x360 did in the UK this time around considering the launch dates are so close and the prices are reversed :)
Next gen was already here like 6 years ago on PC.
Your consoles are mid range PCs. Get used to it as you'll be asking when the next gen consoles are out in 3-5 years time once again :P
Its also the gaming industries downfall as nothing moves forwards technology wise.
It's more or less a tech blackhole till the next consoles are released in 7-10 years time.
Super Mario 3D World is a next generation game as it's on the WiiU.
Next gen has nothing to do with graphics or performance but is called that because it is the next generation of consoles.

If the Oculus was gonna be on consoles too instead of just PC exclusive it'd be another matter :)
Yeah the only reason Xbox360 did so well in UK was because the PS3 launched over a year later and more expensive so everyone and their friends bought the X360 instead.
The UK was a PS stronghold before that.
MS won't do that well in UK this time especially not with the price difference.
It's a Windows 8 exclusive so they ain't bringing anything back to PC gaming.
Most PC gamers are using Windows 7 so this is just MS trying to get more market share for Windows 8. Nothing to do with coming back to PC.
And btw MS stopped supporting PC gaming when they launched the original Xbox. They have been nothing but hostile to PC gaming since.
