Until Sony releases Ghost of Yotei on PC, of course.
The developers are testing a patch to reduce the difficulty of some early bosses and fix other bugs. If enough people have issues with certain aspects of the game, the game will be balanced.
LotF2 on PC will be a full Epic exclusive, so it will probably fail to gain the sales it needs for a sequel after that.
Any game that goes onto the Epic blackhole store does not make its money back, as Epic hates to market the games on their store and leaves them to die.
The devs chose to be published by Epic, so they'll only have themselves to blame when they go bankrupt.
It won't. They'll be hundreds of thousands playing on 5th and on the official launch of 10th June on PC. I guess you're a console gamer who will have to wait till they release the game on your preferred platform. Oh well.
No freedom at all = Islamic states.
No thanks. The more freedom, the better.
Did you play the game or just saying what the group think thought?
It seems to happen a lot these days. The loudest minority have more of a say and the people actually playing and enjoying the game are cast to the wayside. Social media has a lot to answer for especially on lawless twitter.
Just play the PS5 version of the game. They don't require PSN to play the game.
I will be paying £14.99 for Uplay+ then I don't have to pay up to £94.99 to get early access. I play, finish, and uninstall for all £14.99. No buying of game involved.
God of War Ragnarok on PC will require PSN account but it doesn't on PlayStation. Why not? You can play GoDR offline on PS but not on PC due to PSN requirements.
PSN requirement on PC/Steam should only be a requirement if you want to crossplay with others on PS not a mandatory requirement on PC.
This is all about Sony trying to increase their PSN accounts artificially for investors, nothing more.
Sony published Helldivers 2 and over 50% of the sales were on PC, not PS5. That is what Sony has to lose if they push any more to try to force PC gamers to use their launcher and PSN.
They've already lost 180+ territories on PC as PSN doesn't exist in those regions. They need to keep what they have left or lose it all.
You seem to think 700 million is worth nothing. That's just a few games ported to PC, not the games and consoles that Sony is ...
It is because the PC isn't a console and shouldn't be tied to the same restrictions the console gamers are. If Sony wants PC gamers to buy their games they will need to learn what I and many others will accept.
Trying to harvest our personal details for any of their games on PC will not fly.
The game is Epic Store exclusive on PC and will never come to Steam. I and many others will not buy any game from Epic Store as we don't like their business practices.
I hope the game never makes any profit for them. If you abandon the Steam community, you lose a few million sales.
I'll rent away all I can. These companies won't be able to sell any of their games for $70/£60 anymore when I can just pay £10-15 for 3 month's game pass and access to most of the MS games. This is what I'll be doing with HellBlade, Indy Jones and Avowed.
If they don't want us to own our games the gamers won't be paying full price anymore.
I sub for £12-15 per month with EA and Ubisoft, finish their high priced games...
When was Horizon Forbidden West added to PS Plus? Was it at launch or a few months after when sales for a single player game would flatline anyway due to market saturation with everyone having already bought the game?
Subscription services are a good thing for people on a low budget who can't afford the premium price Sony charges for their games.
It allows more people to play these games who wouldn't have been able to previously. Not everyone can ...
I stopped playing before I finished it. Yes, I did feel disconnected from the game. It has nothing to do with my knowledge of game design. I don't think mods are going to fix your game this time Bethesda.
Free market choice hasn't changed much on the PC platform. Steam is still the number one digital store. Epic is so far behind it's not funny and they still haven't made any profit whatsoever.
This all started with Epic breaking the ToS of the Apple store by circumventing their payment system so Epic could get 100% of the profits.
There is only one bad guy here and it's not Apple or Google. It is their stores and Epic will play by their rul...
Actually, the PC is the original home of the GTA series. GTA1 first came out on PC in November 1997 followed by PS1 in 1998.
Lower sales.
Words are cheap when your actions are the opposite of what you want to do, Phil.
