Communist? In a truly communist country you likely wouldn't even be able to enjoy a console like the PS3. It simply wouldn't get made.
More than 90% of games this generation do not require more than one DVD. For the few that do, it is no problem to just put them on a couple discs. Several games have done this and it was no big deal.
I am still a fan of Blu-ray movies though. It is just nice to have other options.

I too was really impressed by Microsoft's press conference. I admit I favor the 360 a little more than the PS3, but I own and enjoy both consoles and to be honest I thought Microsoft's might be a tad disappointing this year. But it turns out they surpassed my expectations in many ways.

I thought Raiden was a bad@ss in MGS4 so I think it will be really cool to base a game around him. I can't wait. I was really surprised at this announcement. I guess I believed all those people who said that Kojima would never make a MGS game for the 360.
Microsoft had an awesome showing and now I can't wait to see what Sony shows tomorrow. It's going to be a great E3.
That trailer was awesome. It set the scene and mood of the game and got me so pumped to see more.
I loved the first one and I think the sequel is going to be on a whole new level. One of the best upcoming games in my opinion.

This game has raised the graphical bar. I own MGS4, Uncharted, and Killzone 2(check my PSN account if you don't believe me) and none of those games look as good as what we have seen from Alan Wake.
What's your problem, man? They game is confirmed to be coming next spring and they are showing trailers. How is this different than any other upcoming game? GOW3 is coming around the same time, yet we have seen even less from that game.
But whatever, the game looks breathtaking and I can't wait to play it.

You know, it is really funny how much spinning the PS3 fanboys are doing today. Microsoft had an excellent press conference and now the PS3 diehards are running around everywhere trying to put a negative spin on things. Kind of annoying, but funny nonetheless.
I hope 360 fanboys show a little more class tomorrow and give Sony props where it deserves them. Most of the PS3 fanboys are showing no class and are trying their hardest to downplay everything Microsoft has shown today...

Yeah, it looks surprisingly good. Very strong Gears of War influences in there, but if it's good, so what. Looks to be pretty creative and might have enough unique elements to help it stand out.
